Petite maison rénovée, située à Avoise, village à flanc de coteaux entre Sablé, et Noyen, au bord de la Sarthe; destinée au tourisme et professionnels.(wifi) Tres jolie campagne, et belles bâtisses a visiter, les randonnées sont nombreuses... . A quelques kilometres, vous avez Asnieres sur Vegre et son pont medieval, Brûlon et son plan d'eau, Malicorne et son musée... PS : dédommagement, suite a réservation de longue durée et ses surprises et manque de temps.
