I communicated very well with the host, so there was no inconvenience It was so cozy and cleanly organized It was so nice. The kitchen was all set up, so it was convenient to use without any inconvenience.

Sara was very friendly and welcoming to her apartment! Her place was very beautiful, clean and modern, located just a quick drive from the airport.

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

Nice, art-decorated accommodation, met expectations. The house was clean, and provided with the necessary facilities. Although it is in a neighborhood where there is nothing to do on its own, the apartment is well suited as a base for a visit to Rome. Various bus lines stop almost at the door, and they run quite often, so within 20-30 minutes you will be in the historic centre or Trastevere. The apartment is easy to reach by train (and possibly bus) from Fiumicino airport. A nice breakfast place is further down the street, within 100m. The only downside is that during our 5-day stay we had to do with 1 bath towel p.p., despite a request for more. Nevertheless, recommended!

Gabriela was a fantastic host- incredible communication and couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was wonderful and looked just like the photos. Would definitely stay here again!

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

This might be the best Airbnb I’ve ever been to. Claudia was super responsive and helpful, it is located right on the bus to FCO, perfect for both spending a night before or after a flight. Check in was smooth, and the host kindly leaves snacks, toiletries, yogurts, and tons of hot drink options in the kitchen for the guests to use - absolutely perfect. I highly recommend

A lovely little studio apartment in a peaceful and beautiful location. Has everything you need. Simone was incredibly helpful and very responsive. We even returned to fresh towels during our 4 day stay - which we hadn't expected.

Daniele stands out as one of our best hosts and this place is a hidden gem. Super close to a locals beach that is beautiful. Food is great in the neighborhood and easy to catch a flight out of FCO.

Alice’s place is exactly what you see in the pictures . Great location , walking distance to Pantheon , Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona . Many great places to eat . A few meters walk to a Carrefour Express and Pharmacy . The place is clean and the attention for checking inn was great ! Plus it has a lift ! ( unusual for old buildings)

The room is self check in.The host's guidelines are very clear.Kitchen supplies are all available, clean and tidy.Equipped with all the necessities, including a conversion plug.A very attentive host

I would recommend this place because it's spacious . The outdoor courtyards are relaxing, the indoor spaces are large and comfortable, there are two full bathrooms, everything you need to prepare meals, in short, everything is perfect!

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

We checked in very late due to the traffic we encountered on the street, but the host was impeccable! The apartment is on the main street, and all the services and the subway station are nearby. The parking is very convenient! the house offers all the comforts you want, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and kettle! cookware and crockery of all sizes, clean from every point of view. The covered terrace has a great view of the hills, which is why it stays cool! I recommend this accommodation for those who want the comfort of the city but without staying in the chaos! Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Very well-kept apartment Even if a little outside it seems, you were quickly anywhere you wanted to go. Especially with public transportation. Cafes and grocery stores in all variations are right at the bus stop. It was fine.
