We had a good stay in this apartment. You can basicly walk anywhere in Modena and also thei organization with the limited traffic zone and parking ticket ist very helpful. The Kitchen is well equiped and there is a spaciuos common area.

I was hosted by Francesca, very kind, welcoming and helpful, I found the apartment tidy and clean, and it also has a side table with chairs to eat outdoors. The pool is close to the apartment, and has an outdoor shower with hot water. The place is quiet, I recommend it for those who love tranquility surrounded by nature, there is also a nice viewpoint and you can admire the sunset.

We stayed 3 nights in Dina's apartment and found an available host who allowed us a pleasant stay thanks to the directions she provided on places to visit. Dina made us find the house heated and very clean. We cooked without problems and the sunset that can be seen from the veranda is very beautiful. Thanks again Dina, we'll definitely be back.

Nestled just beneath the rooftops, with views of Modena’s iconic towers and domes from bed, this apartment blends modern minimalism with rustic charm. The exposed wooden beams and clean white walls create a peaceful, elevated atmosphere, while the kitchen is surprisingly well-equipped – ideal for a quick espresso or a homemade meal. The design is thoughtful: open rails, clever lighting, and curated touches (including the stylish Pavarotti-inspired hallway) made it more than just a place to sleep. Waking up to sunlight streaming in through the windows, with church bells faintly echoing in the distance – it was cinematic. And the location? Steps from everything, but calm enough to feel like your own Modenese retreat. Highly recommend.
