I have stayed here numerous times it’s our favorite Airbnb .location is perfect for Disneyland and Angels stadium..easy walk to downtown Orange ..neighborhood is quiet and safe

My family of 4 absolutely loved staying here for the four nights. It was super clean, extremely well stocked, and comfortable. Not to mention the pool and jacuzzi, the view and the peace and quiet! We would without hesitation book here again! Camille was so nice and communicative we felt like we were staying at a friend’s house.

We had a great second stay at Cheryl’s place! She is very accommodating, truly hospitable, and she went out of her way to make our stay excellent. She is so helpful, flexible and kind. It’s an immensely comfortable suite, with everything you need. Would definitely book any time we’re passing through the area again! Thank you!

Great place and location, even better than looks and described online. A lot of nice touches to make it "cozy" and welcoming. The birds in yard are wonderful to hear especially in the morning. I will definitely stay again in future.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jacob’s space. It was three blocks from downtown and very easy to move around the area. They were wonderful host house was ex extraordinarily comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The space was cozy without feeling crap. We have plenty of room to unpack and plenty of room to move around. We had breakfast either in the dining area or out on the front patio every morning.

We had an amazing time staying at Graciela’s place! It was perfect for our family — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described (if not better!). Graciela was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and we loved exploring the area! We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

While we give Karen's place 5 stars, we would give more if there was the option! The studio is thoughtfully decorated with every detail. It is clear that she put her heart into decorating the unit. It is also pristine clean. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to prepare meals if you wish. The unit's bright lighting and view of the gardens make for a pleasant, peaceful stay. The neighborhood is amazing and we enjoyed walking to take in the architecture and landscaping. The location is ideal to many SoCal attractions. Finally, Karen is an amazing host. She is a responsive and accommodating communicator. She anticipates your every need.

*AN ABSOLUTE MUST-STAY!* Booked Dana’s place for a relaxing getaway with my wife for our anniversary, and we loved every minute of our stay! The little guest house is tucked away right up against a mountain side and is so incredibly peaceful and serene that it’s easy to forget you’re mere minutes away from fantastic restaurants and a vibrant downtown scene. Dana was extremely responsive and patient, answering all our questions and ensuring we had a wonderful stay! We will absolutely be staying here again the next time we visit!

This was my family and I first time staying at an AirBnB. It was a great experience. My children loved the animal end tables. The space was a nice size for us and I especially loved the private side yard and entrance. I will stay again.

This stay was very comfortable and felt like I was right at home. We stayed the night after a long day at Disneyland and the shower and bathroom were amazing. The linens were very soft and comfortable. The coffee machine was a plus! We loved staying here and will definitely book again when we visit again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

The loft is clean and spacious. The interior layout is quite unique and well organized. Host is very responsive and friendly. We were there for my kid’s graduation which starts at 6pm. She allowed us to stay in property until late afternoon. Considering the hot weather in riverside, this extended stay is super nice! We definitely consider staying here next time

Perfect in every way. This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever. Clean, quiet, private, and situated in beautiful surroundings. And gracious and responsive hosts who have provided all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Faisal's attention to detail in his property is rare, in our experience, and very much appreciated.

Karddy made my check in a lot smoother we had a wedding at 4pm which was time of check in. Karddy let us get in at 2pm which allowed us to get us and our 6 month old baby ready. The house was perfect for our stay and beds were comfortable.

Jerry provided a beautiful oasis upon arrival after a long and hot drive. Very easy to locate and the self check in was seamless. The unit was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the snacks Jerry had available, as I didn't want to venture out after arrival. This was a very nice place to stay and I will definitely consider this the next time I am in this area.

it was a great stay for our week get away! We loved the fact that she had a private driveway which made it feel safe for our vehicle. Loved that she had coffee Kureg Pods available! Over all we enjoyed our stay!

This is a great quiet little place that’s perfect for two people. It’s a small place but that is why it’s called the petite studio. It’s very clean and has everything you need. Easy to get in through the gate and into the place, very clear instructions. All in all, if you’re looking for a great quiet place to stay for two people, this is it.

This spot is really gorgeous, and there’s lots of nice stuff within walking distance. A real gem.

4 of us stayed at the house and found the house well stocked with what we needed - body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, extra towels, kitchenware, coffee maker. A/C is a mini split only in the common areas but it was cool enough at night that leaving the bedroom doors partway open and/or cracking a window open was sufficiently cool. JFYI bed mattresses are on the softer side and shower water pressure isn't the strongest but overall we enjoyed our stay!
