Loved the place felt very much at home. I love that it was very child friendly. Had toys and other things for the children to play. We also really enjoyed the board games that were available to use. We had a great weekend.

We’ve stayed here numerous times and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we’re in Arrowhead! Gorgeous house and the best hosts! The Village is literally around the corner too.

The Airbnb was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, we could easily walk to Old Town Monrovia, which is a charming and fun area to explore. We had no complaints at all. There was plenty of street parking, the beds were comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with thoughtful extras. There was lots of coffee and everything we needed for cooking, which made it feel even more like home.

Very convenient location for NOS Events center or any other SB location. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Independent entrance ensured good privacy, place had all the things I needed for the stay. Bed was comfortable and everything worked as expected, did not had trouble using any of the furnishings. Shower was hot, toiled worked fine, internet was fast, etc.

Our family had such a great weekend staying at Brad and Alice's house. It was the perfect layout and size for 6 adults and two toddlers. The location is prime as it's just a few minutes from town but also located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. The place was spotless and felt so cozy from the moment we walked in. And so many amenities! The super automatic coffee machine was a big hit with our family. Also, the photos do not do it justice as the great room/kitchen on the second floor is massive but look much smaller in the photos. Plenty of space for our little ones to run around. And, the hosts were able to provide a baby gate and high chair for us, so nice! We would love the opportunity to stay here again. Thanks Brad and Alice!

Jelani and co-host Faith were exceptional hosts! They were incredibly responsive and understanding, always willing to accommodate our needs. Any questions we had were answered in just minutes. The property itself felt like a little resort. Beautiful pool area along with gym and other activities you can do in building, amazing ambiance! It was spotlessly clean and looked exactly as depicted in the photos. I will definitely be booking this place again!

I stayed here on a work trip and the location was extremely convenient for me. The unit was clean and free of clutter. Ubers found the location easily.

We had a wonderful stay at Brandon’s place. It was exceptionally clean, neat, and very comfortable — just as described. You can tell the host really pays attention to the details. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the space was well-maintained throughout. We truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

place is clean, safe, and spacious, with plenty of essential items provided. Although I didn’t have much time to fully enjoy everything, the facilities were truly perfect. Most importantly, the host was always quick to respond, even to my many small questions. I truly appreciated the prompt communication. Highly recommended!

The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions and no issues at all. Rachel was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I especially appreciated that the unit is conveniently located on the first floor, just steps from the parking spot and garage entrance. The space itself was spotless, well-organized, and inviting—truly a cozy home away from home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and even my dog enjoyed relaxing by the window and patio, watching the communal green space and exploring the nearby walking paths. My only caveat is that the walls are a bit thin, which may be worth considering for light sleepers. That said, everything else exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be booking again.

This tiny cabin in the woods was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. It was the perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature. Cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed—such a magical little retreat. Highly recommended! During our stay, my partner cooked some amazing meals for us—it made the experience even more special. We also really enjoyed the games you provided and spent a lot of time playing them together. One of the highlights was watching the birds around the cabin—it was so peaceful and calming. Thank you for creating such a lovely space!

Brendan's cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway. The cabin had everything we could possible need and provided a wonderful view. I definitely recommend booking this place for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We had the opportunity of staying at this home over the weekend and when I tell you it felt like home LITERALLY Felt like home. This home made the right Fit for us all so We surely enjoyed of it plus got to be out and about on the snow! If you’re seeking a family home plus some nature around? This is the right home to book!

My family and I had a great time. The home offers a wonderful cabin feel which is what we were looking for. During our last day, there was a large snow storm that came through, closing several roads in the process. Mike and I communicated about extending our stay if we were unable to travel due to the weather. Mike was helpful and willing to extend our stay for a discount. Fortunately we were able to safely navigate the roads. I also want to give a shoutout to the full time neighbors in the area that assisted us with snow blowing the driveway after the plows came through and put up a 3’ wall in front of our car. They were very helpful and nice. Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again in the future.

Enjoyed staying here! Easy check in, very cute and well decorated house with well stocked kitchen. One caveat is that we came with a baby in the wintertime and the lack of central heat made it difficult to keep the house warm enough throughout the night for the baby (dropped to 56 degrees). We still really enjoyed our stay here and would return without baby! One of the best air bnbs I have stayed in :)

What an incredible cabin! Very cozy and spacious for everyone to enjoy. The beds were super comfortable. The cabin is not far from the Lake Arrowhead village and Santa’s Village, which was perfect. 10/10 would recommend to others and will definitely come back for another stay.

Great locate, a perfect place to get away and enjoy the outdoors. Greta hikes close by and the cabin is in excellent shape. WE are already planning our next trip and hope to stay here again!

We loved the place… the house has all the amenities possible.. the jacuzzi was super clean and perfect temperature. The bedding was extremely soft and clean. The kids loved the playroom. Great communication with Brett. Overall great experience. Highly recommended..
