Exceptional and quiet sea view.

New independent apartment on the ground floor located in a modern house, well located in a quiet setting with exceptional sea views. Quiberville is located on the Alabaster Coast between Dieppe and Veules-les-Roses. Very nice place on the coast where you will find many hiking trails, you can practice sports, kitesurfing, windsurfing, in summer the nautical club is open with boat rentals. In this seaside resort, we find all kinds of shops.

Old renovated photo studio of 90 m2 offering a beautiful ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of a 6500 m2 plot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Lunch in the sun or dinner under the skylight, the house is as pleasant inside as it is outside. Very nice fully renovated house in the heart of Luneray, a very dynamic village located 7 km from the beautiful beaches of Saint Aubin-sur-Mer and Quiberville and halfway between Dieppe and Saint-Valéry-en-Caux. In Luneray, you can enjoy all the local shops, you can join the greenway and discover the trails. You will benefit from a central location to discover the region from Étretat to Tréport, from Rouen to Le Havre.
