One bedroom condo on Charleston's closest beach! 15 minutes from downtown Charleston and 500 steps to the ocean. The City of Folly Beach has many pet friendly restaurants, a dog park, and dogs are allowed on the beach from October through April. There is a king size deluxe bed in main bedroom, as well as a queen pullout sofa and two accent chairs in living room. There is a 50" smart TV in living room. Kitchenette with dishwasher. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. Take a short walk over the Folly River and you’ll be in the main area of Folly with great restaurants and shops. It’s a .75 walk to the sand so it’s easy to walk, or ride to the beachfront. It’s only a quick 8 miles into downtown Charleston. You will have 2 dedicated, covered parking places. Building does has an elevator. We are a smoke free/pet free rental. New in 2024: updated kitchen cabinets.
