House holiday rentals in Folly Island

Everything I hoped and wished for our stay was like the pictures and details! It was a gorgeous home, the bedrooms were comfy and spacious. The kitchen was massive and so perfect for a big group, the backyard with the pool was so beautiful and like a little oasis! It was the perfect distance to downtown, not too far. Such a good stay, definitely will be back!

This was our second time staying at this property. My kids love the pool, hot tub and games. We also love the big, comfy couch to watch family movies. There are family games in the sitting room. Really fun place. It's walkable to the beach but we love renting a golf cart since Folly can be tough with car parking in town. Washer and dryer are extremely helpful. Outdoor shower is great. I wish we'd been able to figure out the fridge temperature. Minor inconvenience. Very responsive, helpful, friendly hosts. We had a wonderful vacation!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location is in a very nice neighborhood and very close to lots of Charleston's favorite things to do. Liz was a great host giving specific directions as well as checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. However, we did not need to request anything additional than what was provided. Check in and check out was an easy process. We will stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Seabrook Island! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The unit was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Lecian was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and attentive. She promptly answered all our questions and made communication a breeze. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gesture: a snack basket and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived—such a pleasant surprise! We had planned to grill one evening but noticed the gas tank was nearly empty. Lecian wasted no time and had a replacement tank delivered the very same day. She also graciously offered us a late checkout on our departure day, which was very much appreciated. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Beach Club. We enjoyed taking the provided bicycles on a quick five-minute ride to the club to relax by the pool and dine at Pelicans Nest. Can't wait to return!

This is a nice house with a lot of really great perks. The golf cart, kayaks, fishing rods, beach equipment, and more made it easy to enjoy the week. The location is peaceful and ideal for fishing but not perfect for swimming or waves; we went to adjacent Hunting Island State Park for the kids to ride waves (a state park pass is included by the host). We enjoyed our week!

Our family had the best time at Aj and Aaryne’s! The house was exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Beautiful, extremely clean, spacious, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The backyard pool area was amazing, the perfect place to hang out with our family. A great central location in the Charleston area. Easy to get to downtown to explore, but also a quick ride over to the beach areas. Thank you for a great week!

This is our second time back and it was amazing! Perfect spot for a trip with kids - separate den area to play in, clean and comfortable bedrooms, huge pool with ledges around the sides for the littlest ones, and so close to everything we wanted to get to. The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of pool supplies, and we loved how tucked away in a quiet neighborhood it was. My kids loved that every night they could see the jets flying overhead too. Steven was a wonderful host and we can’t wait to come back again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Particularly with young children. Very family friendly! The pool was wonderful.

We absolutely loved our stay at “happy ours “. I’m very familiar with Folly Beach and enjoy going there often. This home had a great location and enough space to accommodate our group. We actually had a lot of fun in the upstairs playroom on a rainy afternoon. The kitchen was utilized for meals. We were able to read the golf cart and go around town and get to the beach easily. Sean and Ashley were very easy to reach and responsive with great recommendations. Definitely recommend this home and would consider staying it again for our next family trip.

We enjoyed our stay for several nights! Can't beat the location & scenery! The inside is just like the photos. The King bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Short walk out to the beach/ocean. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch. We enjoyed eating at the Seacow & Crust pizza place. Crissy is a great host! We will return.

It’s a beautiful, well appointed, clean and tastefully decorated home. The home is spacious with a great floor plan. We were 3 families. 6 adults and 5 children. The kids loved the pool. There were numerous pool toys to keep them entertained. The kitchen is a cook’s dream. Everything ( except a coffee grinder) was available. The long kitchen table easily accommodates 12. We enjoyed the porches. There are 3 but we did not use top balcony. ( that is where the fire pit is ) There are lots of steps, but the convenience of the elevator was wonderful. It was a great location as well. We had a lovely time.

We stayed for six nights with a family of five -three kids under age 7 - and a grandparent. The property is very comfortable with great access to beach and playground for kids. The culdesac makes for a quiet setting even on a busy beach day. All three kids fit easily in the bunk bed room and were easy to keep an eye on from the master in the night. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The arrival and departure were seamless. We’re not difficult to please by any stretch, but Sam’s instructions were very clear and he communicated well without being intrusive.

We had such a blast! Was an amazing time and so beautiful!

Great stay! We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. It was very clean and very well stocked. Our favorite was the view sitting out on the screened in porch. We would definitely stay here again. Look forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at the beach! The house was beautiful and well kept. The beach was just out the back door which made for an easy and relaxing time with a bunch of young children. There was also a turtle nest right in the backyard! We were hoping they were gonna hatch while we were there, but sadly no. The only downside was the pullout sofa and laundry were in a small room downstairs, which required going outside to reach. It was fine for laundry, but our kids weren’t quite old enough to let sleep down there by themselves. So it was a bit tighter in the main house than originally planned. However, we made do. Kids piled in the bunk room, and we had an amazing time! If you are looking for a cozy stay at the beach, we highly recommend this beautiful bungalow!

We had a great time at Peaches Folly, & will definitely be back! Felt like home away from home with TVs in each room, enough linens, towels, and kitchen appliances. Very clean and spacious! Loved being right across from the beach and we biked all over Folly if we didn’t want to drive. It was an easy bike ride to Center Street and the lighthouse!

Great place to stay!!!! Host was very responsive, highly recommend!!!! Only thing is be sure to read the rules as they are pretty stringent to include music and TV being used after hours with a noise monitoring system installed on property.

Allison was the best host. She was very accommodating with our requests. Her home was clean, cozy and comfortable and great location between folley and charleston.

Wow. This is an amazing place to stay in Charleston — truly a one-of-a-kind experience! This carriage house is remarkably well done, keeping all of its unique historic character while providing all the needed/desired modern amenities. The neighborhood is so charming, as is the meticulously-kept courtyard garden. We especially enjoyed our time at The Wonderer. It’s a bit of a drive, but it gave us all the hotel perks we could have wanted while allowing us to enjoy the benefits of our own private space. The owners were so helpful and accommodating, and we loved their guide to the city. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location, easy walk to the beach. The house way great and had everything we needed for a great stay at the beach!

One of the best AirBnBs I’ve stayed at in Folly. The view is truly spectacular and the house comes exactly as described - A perfect beach getaway. There was plenty of room for our group (6 adults) both to hang around and for sleeping. The walk to beach was 2-3 minutes at most which was amazing. Town was also very easy to walk to which our group felt was an undersold positive of the house. Matt was a fantastic host the entire time which made the stay even better.

Beautiful architectural-quality house with a great kitchen and living spaces made us feel right at home. Beautiful views through mossy live oaks across the marsh. We hated to leave, and would certainly stay here again.

Catrina's townhouse was perfect for our family of 6 adults, one toddler and a baby. We especially liked the location as you could walk to the beach and restaurants and yet get to Charleston fairly quickly for sightseeing and doing things in the city. Catrina supplied beach toys/chairs/towels and a wagon for loading up to take to the beach which we really appreciated. There were also bikes we could use and two kayaks(although we didn't use the kayaks). She instructed us what to expect upon arrival and what supplies were provided before we arrived so we could pack or pick them up before arriving which was nice as it seemed a little different than some things on the west coast. We had a great time and would highly recommend this for a family get away!

What a delightful experience. We visit Folly often and have stayed in many Airbnbs. We LOVED being here! Can’t wait to come back! If you are looking for a bit of beach privacy, and bring your dogs… this is the perfect place. I loved every moment in and around the property. Such a fun house and location. William was so kind and helpful. So grateful for the experience.
