Villa holiday rentals in Folly Beach

The condo at Mariners Walk was quiet, clean and a very easy walk to the beach and community pool. We forgot our parking pass and the rental company was quick to get security to deliver us a pass for our stay. There is security going into Wild Dunes, so you’re required to show when you drive in and out. Can’t beat this for a quiet beach getaway!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The view was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and the whole unit was very clean and made you feel right at home. The only downside was the close beach access was closed due to dune work but that was not the hosts fault at all. We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful time! The location was perfect, the condo was laid out well and all was as advertised.

We absolutely loved our stay at Seabrook! The place was newly renovated and absolutely spotless. It was a 4 minute drive to the beach and there was always parking. We loved the use of the resorts pools. We are already talking about booking for the same time next year!

Beautiful home with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Great location near Shem Creek restaurants and 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. Three miles to Sullivan island beaches.

An excellent location with a great view of the lagoon, this condo was the perfect place to unwind with a week of Spring Break biking and beach walks. Comfy furniture both inside and out and a well-appointed kitchen made for an easy rainy Sunday as well as a few lazy evenings in. Night Heron Park and the beach are only minutes away by bike or on foot, making the Park Villas a convenient location for couples and families alike. We'd stay at this condo again.

The best part of our stay with 4 adults and 4 small children was the beach and pool were so easy to get too. The condo is very simple and plain , which was great for our crew. One suggestion would be to provide a rail for the top bunk for safety. We had to put top mattress on the floor. More trash bags would be also be helpful.

I had an absolutely wonderful time. The bedrooms and living area were very spacious. The gorgeous view of the water felt like you could reach right out and grab it.

Amazing communication from start to finish. Very clear instructions, clean and comfortable beds! We will definitely stay here again.

It was overstocked in the best way possible. literally from spices and a full kitchen, to dog towels, sand chairs, a beach cart, beach toys, and more. I loved how stocked everything was as I have never stayed at a place like that before. This home is amazing and exactly as described with the beautiful kitchen, luxury bathroom, and an amazing beach view. I loved every second of staying there and definitely hope to come back again in a few years. it was like staying on a nature reserve as you could just have deer walk right infront of your porch or see alligators or super cool birds on your drive to the store. I highly recommend this home and I'm so glad it was dog friendly as our fur baby had an amazing time too! The host is also incredibly fast at responding as I had a small issue(completely unrelated to the stay, just issue with a neighbor) and was resolved incredibly fast. 10 out of 10 stars and truly hope I can come back again soon

Beautiful home. Perfect location. Extremely clean. All you ever want to do, eat or see is walking distance. Had an Amazing time with my family. This may be the only place I ever stay for future beach vacations.

We loved the location and the home. It was the perfect place to celebrate a family birthday and the home was completely set up for entertaining with plenty of serving, cooking and eating utensils!! Plenty of beach towels, chairs and even bikes for everyone. Definitely one of the best outfitted homes we've stayed in on Folly! Bob was terrific to work with!!

We loved our stay at Fore Shore! The home was exactly as advertised---the kitchen is amazing and all the rooms were spotless and perfectly decorated. Seabrook Island was as wonderful as expected. The home had everything we needed and Erika was very responsive to any questions. The food in the island restaurants was amazing and shockingly affordable and priced similar to non-beach locations. We loved jet-skiing nearby (Dolphin watersports), renting bikes from Island Bikes, and playing on Ocean winds golf course. Also I do recommend seeing the nearby Angel Oak--stunnng! Two beaches and the pool to choose from--our favorite was the calm river beach. We would love to return and stay here again.

Brian’s place was as advertised…clean, spacious, great views, and conveniently located to the pool, beach, golf, and restaurants. We would definitely recommend to others. Brian was a great host!

This property is right across the street from beach access and a 5 minute walk to the main pool, restaurant, and golf courses. Amanda was very responsive and proactive ensuring we had everything we needed prior to check-in, especially our amenity card information. She even let us check in an hour early to accommodate our toddlers nap time. We stayed as a family of 5 and this villa was the perfect size. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach vacation in a great location!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and the location was both beautiful and peaceful. We visited during Thanksgiving week, and the weather was perfect for enjoying the lovely screened-in porch. The host was fantastic—quickly resolving a minor issue, incredibly responsive, and even leaving us a thoughtful Thanksgiving treat. We’re already looking forward to returning next year!

Had a relaxing weekend in this perfect little condo. very clean, very quiet. we enjoyed being walking distance to the beach and club. nice view of the golf course where we got to see multiple deer, and alligators!

Pass views very laid-back made a lot of great memories!

I always want to pay less money but you get what you pay for. This was a wonderful place to stay, right at the beach with a partial view of the ocean and right next to the pool. We had 6 teenagers with us and they all had a great time too. My wife and I spent a lot of time in Charleston which is just a short drive from Isle of Palms. And the Wild Dune Resort was a great plus. When I booked the place, I didn’t realize that we were within the Wild Dunes. It is so beautiful. You will love this place.

Amazing condo!! Felt SO spacious & plenty of room for our guests in all spaces!! Kitchen was fully stocked with any and everything we needed. Decorated nicely. Beds were extremely comfy. Host personally called day of check-in to let us know we were able to check in early, and gave clear instructions where to find extra parking for our guests. Driveway was able to fit 3 mid size SUVs comfortably. Everything we needed for a long weekend trip!

This place was a dream, it was extremely clean, well decorated and very comfortable. Plus, it was bigger than it appeared to be in photos, which was a plus! Being in the resort was a HUGE plus, we traveled with our toddler and he was able to get use of the park up the street, resort perks, the pool, and of course the beach. I loved staying right on the beach and how private it was. No crowds and flourishing wildlife. I would highly recommend this place and will return next time we are in SC. It is pricy but worth it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vicki’s villa on Seabrook. The location is perfect, private and peaceful, nestled in the Live Oaks with beautiful views from each of the FOUR outdoor areas. It is an easy walk to the beach and the club, which has a great pool and lounge area on an embankment overlooking the ocean. We love to cook, and the kitchen is fabulous, well appointed with all the equipment you need to make meals. Vicki and the management were also incredible with communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better week. We highly recommend Vicki’s villa—you will experience a peaceful escape and right at home.

This beachfront condo was perfect for our family of five IOP vacation. The view is perfect and beach access is steps away. The condo had everything we needed for cooking/preparing meals. I’d definitely recommend this condo to friends.
