Enjoy a beach stay at this bright and airy 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom cottage located 2 blocks from beach & 1 block from Center St. Walk to Beach, Pier, Bert's, restaurants, and shops on Center St. With an airy interior and awesome outdoor spaces this classic Folly cottage will not disappoint. Also, don't miss the outdoor shower and super comfy beds. Beach chairs included! 20 min to Downtown Charleston. **We have a severe animal allergy in the family, please no animals.**

Smile House

The Smile house shares a porch area with the main house/Inn at Beachside. The 2 king bed/2 bath beach cottage (formerly Christy's dental office) has since been converted back and filled with Folly charm! Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, living areas, as well as a large front porch! Paid parking is available across the street, however there is parking in front on a first come first serve basis. Due to the great location, many guests never use their car once they have arrived.

King Tide offers some of the most spectacular views Folly Beach has to offer—spanning the marsh, the iconic Morris Island Lighthouse, the Ravenel Bridge, and the Atlantic Ocean. With two spacious back decks, a large front porch, and an open-concept living area, you’ll have no shortage of places to soak it all in. Located just across the street from the beach, King Tide is a short walk to public beach access and the Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve. Sleeps 10–11 guests comfortably.

The Cosmic Folly Space Ranch

The Space Ranch is a fun, funky house that we love and hope you will too. There are three bedrooms (the spaceship bunk bed is in a playroom, and there is a trundle bed in the bonus room downstairs). The house comfortably and legally sleeps up to 8 people. There is a beach access path immediately out the front door (a 1-3 minute walk), and from the backyard and back porch there are views of the marsh and Folly River.
