Lithia Villas - Folegandros - Villa Levanda & pool

Welcome to Lithia on the stunningly beautiful island of Folegandros . At Lithia we have 3 houses, each with its own identity ; Villas Levanda, Myrtia and Elia. They have been lovingly designed and furnished to give you a feeling of comfort and a touch of luxury. There is a swimming pool for Lithia guests, it is shared between the 3 houses. Villa Levanda is the largest of the 3. It has a fully-fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces. It sleeps 4 people, it has a double bed ( 6' / 180cms) in one room ( or 2 single beds if preferred) and a double bed in the 2nd bedroom (5' or 150cms) plus 2 single beds/sofas in the sitting room . There is daily cleaning. We offer free transfer to/from the Port on arrival & departure dates plus free wifi and parking. Lithia is a 15 minute walk to the main village of Chora ( 1.5 km) . We are happy to help with car /scooter/quad rental. It is a perfect base for island-hopping although most people once they arrive don't want to 'hop' anywhere else! Folegandros is the hidden gem in the Cyclades, a small island nestled between Santorini, Milos, Paros, Sifnos. The Chora ( the main village) is known as one of the prettiest in the Cyclades. It has not been spoiled in any way by tourism, you can still see the local farmers ride around on donkeys and plough the fields with mules or oxen. It is an ideal island for hill- walking as it has many paths over steep hills to small hidden beaches and the most wonderful clear blue sea. Beachside tavernas where you can watch the fisherman bringing in their catch and the sun set over the Aegean. The restaurants serve traditional fresh Greek food in pretty surroundings. The other 2 houses are called Villa Elia and Villa Myrtia. It is also possible to book all 3 if you are a large group, the total no of clients can be 12. Our house is in one of the best place at Kimolos, with an amazing view of the small islands, located 3 min from the sea, 5 minutes from the traditional village, 10 minutes from the port , all by foot. (The closest beach is unique, like a big swimming pool). The house has a small living room that includes a sofa / bed, separate bedroom, kitchen, toilet with shower. Outside there is a small area,surrounded with flowerpots, where you can rest. It can accommodate a family of 4 persons.

the House in the Castle

Our house is part of the 16th cent. Castle of Kimolos and was renewed with respect for tradition. It is a bioclimatic building, with 1m thick stone walls and 4m high ceilings, double roof insulation and small openings that let the air circulate. Fully equipped kitchen, fast internet and a work place (desk, office chair, 27" monitor) for those who cannot leave their work. The house is in the middle of the village, just 1 km away from the port and 3 km away from the clean sandy beaches.

Typical Cycladic house on the popular island of Folegandros. Stunning views of the village which is 300m away, the famous Panaga and the Aegean Sea. Close to all amenities but in a very quiet location. It has a very large terrace , protected if necessary from the wind , facing the sea , a back terrace with mountain views and a "solarium" easily accessible on the roof to fully enjoy this exceptional view.

Ο χώρος μου βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού, μόλις λίγα λεπτά από φούρνο, μινι μάρκετ, εστιατόρια και την κεντρική πλατεία με μαγαζιά και καφενεία. Απέχει 200μ. από το δημόσιο δωρεάν πάρκινγκ του χωριού, την στάση του λεωφορείου και ΑΤΜ. Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες και παρέες μέχρι 4 άτομα. Διαθέτει μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με θέα και αυτόνομο κλιματισμό σε κάθε δωμάτιο.
