Το Ridgehouse είναι ένα μοναδικά καλαίσθητο κατάλυμα με θέα το βουνό του Ταΰγετου. Το Ridgehouse παρέχει δωρεάν WIFI, κλιματισμό, σόμπα, βεράντα με πρόσβαση στην αυλή. Προσφέρει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μονό, κουζίνα με ψυγειο, φούρνο,πλυντήριο πιάτων και τις απαραίτητες μικρές ηλεκτρικές συσκευές , καθώς και μπάνιο με πληντύριο ρούχων, δωρεάν προϊόντα μπάνιου, πετσέτες και στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών. Απέχει 1 χλμ από την παραλία Περούλια, προσφέροντας εύκολη πρόσβαση στις παραλίες. Φιλοξενεί 4 ενήλικες και 1-2 παιδιά και βρίσκεται σε αγροτική περιοχή με ελαιώνες. Για αρχή υπήρξε ο λίθος οπού στα αρχαία ελληνικά ονομάζεται η πέτρα ,κύριο χαρακτηριστικό της δόμησης του και ύστερα ήρθε η θέα για την οποία ο καθένας θα μείνει έκπληκτος από την έκταση της. Όλα αυτά συντέλεσαν στην επινόηση των Lithea villas .
