Lynch Premises

Newly constructed cottage, no corners cut here. The exterior was done in a spruce wood siding, while the interior was done in a local spruce shiplap, white washed for a soft appearance. The cottage is clean, decorated with old and new so that it maintains that cozy feel. The fireplace adds a warm ambiance. You have access to hiking trails across the island, where you may come across Foxes, Caribou, Whales or Icebergs depending on the time of year. Don't forget to visit the Newfoundland ponies.

OCEANSIDE SHANTYS are located in the picturesque community of Deep Bay. Finn House is a one bedroom, fully furnished accommodation which includes; kitchen, three piece bath, satellite TV and WiFi. Red Shed Cottage

The Red Shed Cottage is located on Etheridge’s Point in Joe Batt’s Arm. This two bedroom Cottage sleeps up to 6 with a sofa bed downstairs. There is one bathroom, a full kitchen and cozy living space. The Cottage has breathtaking views of the Joe Batt’s Arm Longliners and the Fogo Island Inn. It is surrounded by the ocean and beautiful barrens where you can often see caribou and other wildlife wandering about. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private deck just steps from the Atlantic Ocean.

Oceanview Cottage Rental

This home has a spectacular view of the harbour! ➡️Very Important! If you are very tall! Ceilings are low! 6Ft high to the beams and 6.5Ft in between the beams. There is a stair walkway going down to the home. Parking is limited & is for one vehicle roadside next to the stair walkway. We are only a 10 minute walk from Brimstone Head Walking Trail and from the main area which has Restaurants, Clothing Store and Museums. ➡️We suggest arriving early for the ferry ➡️No smoking

We offer a private ground level space in our house equipped with a bedroom with ensuite and living area. We also have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker for light snacks. You will enjoy the spectacular view of the ocean from every window. With the beach being steps away, icebergs, whales and wildlife can be seen. You can also enjoy having a campfire . Hiking trails are also close by.
