Holiday rentals with a pool in Foggetta

Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad, een heerlijk huisje met prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad. Lekker zelfgemaakt brood, pizza’s en natuurlijk wijn! We waren met 2 kids die hebben zich meer dan vermaakt met alle spelletjes en tafel tennis en tafelvoetbal. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd, super lieve mensen en onwijs attent! Wij komen graag weer langs

Casa Felice is a very special place. We didn’t want to leave. Arlette was very helpful with communication and quick to reply to my queries. We were comfortable and felt right at home. The house was well stocked and tidy. Everything we needed, was available, including beach toys and pool toys in the garage. Toys and games for the children, extra towels for the pool and beach. Very peaceful and safe location with amazing views and sunsets. The booklet put together by Arlette gave good suggestions for restaurants, and things to see and do in the area. We did a wine tour and tasting at Cantina Mazzarosa which I highly recommend. And the children’s favourite beach was Torre di Cerrano. We hope to come back to Casa Felice again soon.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a Ortona con la famiglia e amici, in un appartamento immerso nella campagna abruzzese. La zona è davvero tranquilla e circondata da una natura splendida, perfetta per chi cerca relax e serenità. La bellezza del paesaggio collinare e il silenzio intorno rendono questo luogo una vera oasi di pace. L’appartamento era ben curato e pulito, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Gli spazi erano ampi e luminosi, e la vista sui dintorni offriva un vero spettacolo, soprattutto al tramonto. L’host è stato eccezionalmente disponibile e attento, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza o dubbio. Ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni, aiutandoci a scoprire alcuni dei luoghi più caratteristici della zona. La posizione dell’appartamento è strategica: in pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere i principali punti di interesse, dalle spiagge della costa dei Trabocchi, fino ai borghi storici!In definitiva consigliato!

Wir verbrachten 12 traumhafte Tage zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4 und 6) bei Francesco und seiner Familie. Das Haus, das Gelände, der Pool entsprechen den Bildern und Beschreibungen - es ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind auf hohem Niveau und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses ist selbst für die hohen Temperaturen im August vollkommen ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Haus und Einrichtung sind sehr stilvoll, passend zur Gegend, nachhaltig und aus hochwertigen Materialien. Der Natur-Pool ist fantastisch, sauber und perfekt angelegt. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist in einem erstaunlichen Zustand und top gepflegt. Francesco, seine Schwester und seine Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Menschen, jederzeit bemüht Tips für die Umgebung, den Strand und Restaurants zu geben. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend und respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.

I can not praise Milena enough, wonderful host! So welcoming, friendly and charming. Our stay was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable we have had so far in all our travels. The accommodation is spacious, had everything we could possibly need, spotlessly clean, nicely air conditioned. Villa is shared between 3-4 families, but somehow it works out to be quiet and private and very pleasant, great for an occasional chat and exchange of local tips with neighbours. Same with a swimming pool, due to different schedules we had it mostly to ourselves, but even when shared with others- still comfortable. The premises are looked after by Enoch, who is absolutely lovely. He looked after us as well, made friends with our 6 year old son. Location is great! Picturesque! Convenient for visiting beaches, mountains, grocery stores, vineyards, local restaurants and great pizza. Quite close to an airport. A car is a must though. Hoping to come back next year, thank you Milena and Enoch!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het uitzicht is prachtig en het huis is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Het zwembad is supergroot. De host reageert snel en vriendelijk. Echt aanbevolen als je van rust en natuur houdt.

Zona molto tranquilla, alloggio molto bello e spazioso, con parcheggio privato e dotato di tutti i confort. Bronis è un Host perfetto. molto disponibile e attenta agli ospiti esperienza molto positiva.

Siamo stati benissimo, in una casa curata e pulita, dotata di tutti gli essenziali anche per la colazione. L'host è presente, gentile e disponibile. Il mare è a pochi minuti a piedi: troverete una bella pineta in area protetta e spiagge attrezzate (con moderazione) accanto ad ampie aree lasciate fortunatamente libere. grazie ancora a Dora per l'accoglienza e l'ospitalità !

This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.

Très bonnes prestations. L’appartement est parfait. La piscine dans un cadre très agréable. Les hôtes très accueillants, disponibles et attentionnés . Nous recommandons cette location.

Esperienza estremamente positiva. Serena è stata impeccabile sia nella fase precedente al nostro soggiorno, con informazioni puntuali e precise, sia durante il soggiorno, facendoci sentire come a casa in tutto. Abbiamo soggiornato solo due giorni come "coda" di una vacanza in Puglia ed abbiamo potuto apprezzare tuttavia tutti i confort dell'appartamento e le facility della zona: spiaggia, pineta, ristoranti, ... Da consigliare senz'altro!

Das Appartement liegt wunderschön in einem großen Garten mit tollem großen Pool. Cecilia ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin. Sie umsorgt ihre Gäste und ist dabei immer sehr zurückhaltend. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt, die Zimmer groß und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren zu viert und das hat sehr gut gepasst. Das Gebiet ist nicht nur zum wandern sondern auch für Mountain- und Gravelbiker perfekt.

Eravamo in quattro coppie . Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido soggiorno. La casa è molto bella, dotata di tutti i comfort, ha un bellissimo spazio esterno , dove si può anche mangiare. La vista è spettacolare. Unica cosa negativa è che l’annuncio non era molto chiaro nel dire che il bagno della camera superiore, non è dotato di doccia

Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour, la proximité avec la plage ainsi que la piscine dans la résidence est un atout.Malgre la barrière de la langue Lorenzo a été très accueillant et c'est rendu disponible, le point à corriger est le bruit du climatiseur aussi bien celui à l'intérieur que le groupe a l'extérieur qui nous à troublé notre sommeil.

Ottima posizione, casa nuova e pulita, una persona resta a dormire in un'area lì di fianco durante l'alloggio. Comoda per mare e centro del Paese.

Lovely peaceful setting with great pool and terrace area provided everything we needed for a home from home holiday. The only negative thing was a lack of microwave. The house was well stocked with things like toilet rolls and cleaning products and we were given a lovely welcome basket of locally produced food items, wine and beers and even a delicious cake made by the host. During our stay we needed to contact the host and they responded quickly. The gardens were very well maintained and totally private with automatic gates. The road leading up to the house is very steep so a powerful car is needed but all in all we had a great holiday.

Un'abitazione completamente immersa nel verde, totalmente a disposizione e con piscina inclusa, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. La privacy è totale. Le cene in veranda incantevoli. Ottima la comunicazione con il proprietario, che si occupa della manutenzione quotidiana della piscina in maniera molto discreta. Le spiagge di Tortoreto, ottime per i bambini, sono a circa 8 minuti di auto su una strada facilmente percorribile. Altamente consigliato.

Nuestra estadía (10 personas) fue excelente. La casa muy cómoda, organizada y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y estuvieron siempre disponibles para cualquier duda. Muy recomendado!

La struttura é di nuova costruzione, stile moderno e con una vista mozzafiato. L'area giorno é grandissima e luminosa. É stata un esperienza molto positiva, non posso che consigliarlo. Grazie anche al proprietario, sempre disponibile.

We hebben genoten van een heerlijk verblijf. Gianni en zijn dochter zijn twee warme, lieve mensen die zorgden voor een fijn onthaal. We voelden ons meteen thuis in hun prachtig huis. De regio is heel mooi en je weet dat als er een probleem is je bij de host terecht kan. Tegelijkertijd gaven ze ons alle privacy. Er is een prachtig zwembad dat heel goed onderhouden is. Wij willen graag terugkomen en kunnen dit huis en deze hosts alleen maar aanbevelend.

Abbiamo passato le nostre vacanze in luogo veramente immerso nella bellissima campagna abruzzese I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili alle nostre esigenze, ci hanno consigliato veramente molto bene sia per mangiare e fare acquisti che cosa visitare . La casa è risultata come descritta e ci ha permesso di rilassarci grazie alla sua bellissima piscina a agli ampi spazi esterni. Consigliato per chi ha bambini e cani come noi
