Holiday rentals with a pool in Abruzzo

Casa Martin is great for spending your time out of the chaos of the city.... Surrounded by greenery, far from urban streets and therefore with total absence of external noise, with ample green space around the house and fantastic views of the great stone and the entire area on its slopes. We stayed in 8 people for four days as if we were at home, spacious kitchen complete with everything from the oven to the dishwasher, the super working heaters did not make you feel the outside cold. The owner sent us everything there was to know about the house and how to manage it with a practical pdf that explained everything, including how to get to the house itself. Great experience... I recommend it!

Casa Felice is a very special place. We didn’t want to leave. Arlette was very helpful with communication and quick to reply to my queries. We were comfortable and felt right at home. The house was well stocked and tidy. Everything we needed, was available, including beach toys and pool toys in the garage. Toys and games for the children, extra towels for the pool and beach. Very peaceful and safe location with amazing views and sunsets. The booklet put together by Arlette gave good suggestions for restaurants, and things to see and do in the area. We did a wine tour and tasting at Cantina Mazzarosa which I highly recommend. And the children’s favourite beach was Torre di Cerrano. We hope to come back to Casa Felice again soon.

we stayed in Gianpiero's apartment for 4 days and found it fantastic. it is a very nice and spacious accommodation with a beautiful view of the Majella Massief. Friendly host and wife and everything taken care of to the last detail!

The cottage in the woods - Rustico Ceppino - we can say that it is truly a lovely place. Immersed in nature, but still close to essential services. Enchanting for the silence and peace it conveys... you can only hear the sound of birds and the leaves of the trees moving in the wind. Perfect accommodation also for our dog who ran around in the fenced garden hunting for lizards, for the pool that in moments of relaxation welcomed us, entertaining our 6-year-old son a lot and finally for the BBQ that allowed us to grill roasts at will. Roberto is a very helpful and courteous person. The house has everything, even board games that we used to play in the evenings under the porch. As it was our first holiday in Abruzzo, we can only say that we will definitely be back. Everything perfect! Thank you Roberto. ☺️

Vittorio's place was amazing. The area is even more beautiful than in the pictures, and it really does feel away from it all. The house was very comfortable—Vittorio thought of everything in equipping the house, way beyond the listed amenities. Also, he took care to clean the pool every single morning, and did that super early: we were waking up pretty early ourselves, and we still never saw him do it. As a host, Vittorio was an active communicator and went out of his way to make sure our stay was easy and comfortable. For example, he personally guided us to the house from town, which was not necessary (we found it pretty easy to get around Agnone) but still very helpful. Also, for our kids, this place was a real winner. They didn't want to leave! They had a pool to themselves, got to visit horses everyday, watched fireflies at night, and just had a fun time outside. It was wonderful!

We found this place just wonderful, it was a great, relaxing time for all of us. Our hosts were incredible, always responsive and gave us great instructions on all of the surroundings, places to see and go. We had a pool all to ourselves which was wonderful. Great wine country. Alessandra and Diego are amazing hosts! Despite of sickness of me and my son our 4 days at this place were amazing! Unbelievable views, birds are singing around! Alessandra cooked very tasty cake for us and we really feel like home. You can find whatever you need at home. Highly recommend this place!

La Butella was a beautiful home away from home. The views of the mountains, sea, and countryside were incredible. The hosts went out of their way to give us an authentic Abruzzo experience. The place was spectacular, the people were wonderful, and the whole experience was something we will never forget. We couldn't recommend this place enough!

Perfect holiday in a dream location! We stayed in this beautiful holiday home for 5 days and couldn't have asked for more! The house is exactly as described (indeed, even more beautiful in person), very clean, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every comfort. The location is fantastic, in the hills, with a beautiful view. The house is cool and quiet, with a swimming pool, garden and indoor parking. A special thank you to Bronis and her husband Mauro, who were very kind and always available, and who welcomed us with great warmth and provided us with very useful advice for exploring the area. We immediately felt at home! Highly recommended!

We had a great time, in a well-kept and clean house, equipped with all the essentials for breakfast. The host is present, friendly and available. The sea is a few minutes' walk away: you will find a beautiful pine forest in a protected area and equipped beaches (in moderation) next to large areas that are fortunately left free. Thanks again to Dora for the welcome and hospitality!

Very good services. The apartment is perfect. The pool in a very pleasant setting. The hosts are very welcoming, available and caring. We recommend this property.

Extremely positive experience. Serena was impeccable both in the phase before our stay, with timely and accurate information, and during the stay, making us feel at home in everything. We only stayed two days as the "queue" of a vacation in Puglia and we were able to appreciate all the comforts of the apartment and the facilities in the area: beach, pine forest, restaurants,... Definitely recommend!

We spent a very pleasant week in Michele's apartment, equipped with everything you need. The outdoor space is also very pleasant and organized. Michele was always very helpful in recommending us and also in welcoming us! If we go back to the area, we know where to go! Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.

We were very satisfied with our stay, the proximity to the beach as well as the swimming pool in the residence is an asset. Complimenting the language barrier Lorenzo was very welcoming and it was made available, the point to correct is the noise of the air conditioner both inside and the group outside that disturbed us our sleep.

Great location, new and clean house, one person stays to sleep in an area next door during the accommodation. Comfortable for sea and the center of the country.

Lovely peaceful setting with great pool and terrace area provided everything we needed for a home from home holiday. The only negative thing was a lack of microwave. The house was well stocked with things like toilet rolls and cleaning products and we were given a lovely welcome basket of locally produced food items, wine and beers and even a delicious cake made by the host. During our stay we needed to contact the host and they responded quickly. The gardens were very well maintained and totally private with automatic gates. The road leading up to the house is very steep so a powerful car is needed but all in all we had a great holiday.

A house completely surrounded by greenery, totally available and with a pool included, which has made our stay really special. Privacy is total. Lovely veranda dinners. Excellent communication with the owner, who takes care of the daily maintenance of the pool in a very discreet way. The beaches of Tortoreto, great for children, are about an 8-minute drive on an easily accessible road. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a lovely stay. Gianni and his daughter are two warm, sweet people who provided a nice welcome. We felt right at home in their beautiful home. The region is very beautiful and you know that if there is a problem you can go to the host. At the same time, they gave us all the privacy. There is a beautiful swimming pool that is very well maintained. We would like to come back and can only recommend this house and these hosts.
