Welcome to our Villa surrounded by the landscape of the Abruzzo hills and located a few minutes from the historic center of Teramo. Here, elegance, comfort and nature come together: large shared outdoor spaces and a hydromassage pool for moments of relaxation in nature. Strategic location: 25 minutes from the Adriatic beaches, 40 minutes from mountains and parks, 30 minutes from Ascoli Piceno, 45 minutes from Pescara airport and 90 minutes from Rome. Ideal for those looking for tranquility and comfort in an authentic setting.

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

A soli 4 km potrete godervi splendide giornate di mare nella cittadina di Roseto degli Abruzzi, da sempre un'ambita meta turistica. Dal 1999 il comune si fregia della Bandiera Blu.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.
