The location is one of the main advantages: you can walk to the sea in a few minutes, and there are cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. This converted monks' hermitage is a modern twist on country living in Abruzzo. With vaulted ceilings and a beautiful courtyard, this cozy place has history and style. Located between the mountains and sea, we are only 5 minutes from the historical Atri centre, 15 minutes to the famous Pineto beach, 10 minutes to Silvi beaches, 40 minutes to the mountains, 30 minutes from Pescara centrale and Pescara airport. Next door is a famous neighbourhood pizzeria, full of locals any day of the week.
