Welcome in HAUS SWANHILD! Opened in March 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated next to its "sister house", HAUS THEDA, in a garden district nearby the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by a nice, open gallery space and a kombined kitchen dining and living room. Two sleeping rooms next to each other offer tranquility and rest for four and the gallery offers a cozy french size bed. The veranda invites for sun bathing or coffee time.

In our cozy cottage with a view of the countryside, you can relax wonderfully. The small but fine wooden house impresses with the bamboo parquet floor and the spacious terrace. Attention restriction: The D1 mobile network is almost unavailable with us. In addition to a filter coffee maker, there is also a Senseo coffee pod machine in the kitchen. An 11KW wallbox for charging your electric car is available on the premises (the electricity is billed to us)

The apartment is on the second floor (stairs), in a quiet village location, just a 10-minute drive from Rendsburg and the Kiel Canal. In Fockbek you will find restaurants, banks, discounters, doctors, pharmacies, gas stations. For vacation, temporary living space, rent - bridging, seminars in small groups (6 people)… Cyclists are welcome. The outdoor area in the garden can be used by arrangement. Experience special moments in this special and family-friendly space. Up to five lovely people can sleep here. The open ground floor has a double bunk bed (160 * 200 cm). Upstairs there is a single bed (90 * 200 cm) as well as a bunk bed (2 x 90 * 200 cm). The open kitchen merges seamlessly into the cozy living area with fireplace. Here, a small workspace with fixed internet connection is also integrated via LAN cable.

Our approx. 52sqm apartment invites you to relax in the middle of Schleswig Holstein. Apartment is on the ground floor of our residential building in Büdelsdorf, is central but still quiet. It has its own entrance, hallway, and a bedroom with a double bed. The living area is equipped with seating such as dining table with chairs, bench, as well as a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has wc/shower .

Our maritime, hygge apartment is located in the attic of a historic building in Rendsburg's old town. The marina, attractions, shopping street, restaurants, cafes and shopping are very close. For your excursions between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, you have a nice starting point here. Flensburg, Schleswig and Kiel are quickly accessible by public transport or car. The train station is about 10 minutes away on foot.

Take a vacation in beautiful Schleswig-Holstein between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea in Nübbel. Nübbel is right on the Eider. The Kiel Canal is about 2 km away from us and invites you to cycling. 2 rental bikes are available available for a fee. The apartment has a sleeping and living area with a small dining area, a small pantry kitchen and a bathroom. On the terrace, the evening can end quietly.
