Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Fluvanna County

We had a great stay and enjoyed our time in the area. Karen's place was centrally located for the sites we wanted to see, and we appreciated her suggestions.

We booked this Airbnb for our family and pups to stay at during our wedding weekend in Charlottesville. Miranda was super accommodating and responsive. Amazing stay!

We were in town for our son's wedding and the home was perfect for bringing our family together. Everyone was able to sleep in very comfortable beds and have their own room. We spent plenty of time on the back porch with our family and the family of the bride. The scenery was beautiful, and the location was ideal. It was a home run selection, and everyone can't wait until we stay again as a family. I would have not changed a thing!

Wonderful cottage. Peaceful surroundings. Lots of open grounds and 30 min drive to Charlottesville. Lots of room to spread out. Wonderful weekend getaway.

Our family of 2 adults and 5 kids had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving week. Watching the sunrises and sunsets on the lake was so peaceful and our kids loved playing outside! Private and beautiful scenery, especially with the late fall colors. We had everything we needed to cook and everyone slept great. Kids said they wished we had spent less time sightseeing and more time at the house so they could play in the backyard!

So spacious with lots of light, beautiful flooring, comfortable furniture and the best beds for a good night’s sleep, it was perfect for our family group of sisters.We loved the modern kitchen which is so well stocked and equipped! The huge shower in the master bedroom was a real hit! All enjoyed the hot water, fluffy towels and luxurious bedding and of course the pristine cleanliness of the entire house. It was a lot of fun to barbecue and enjoy the outdoor ambiance too! Rachel was immediately responsive to my texts and questions. She treated us with true kindness and Southern hospitality! With this great host, great house and superb location in Charlottesville, I truly lucked out and picked a winner that provided the settting for memories for a lifetime!! Thank you, Rachel! You are a wonderful Airbnb host and we had a fabulous time!!

My family enjoyed staying here for a fun weekend in Charlottesville. It was a quick, easy drive to Charlottesville and other local attractions. We traveled with our 8 month old baby and our in-laws and everyone felt right at home! The sun room was a perfect spot for family time. The hosts were mindful about having plenty of toiletries and snacks for guests. We definitely recommend staying here!

Great spot close to Charlottesville’s Main Street! I highly recommend checking out Bodo’s Bagels and Thai Fresh for delicious food, and don’t miss Decades Arcade for some fun and a bit of nostalgia. Perfect location for exploring the area!

We enjoyed our stay. There are a lot of steps. I had assumed (which I should not have) that the pool was going to be right outside of the main house. It was not. The main house is upstairs. There was, however, a pool house with a kitchen right next to the pool. Otherwise everything was comfortable and our family had a good time.

we really enjoyed the historic setting, the fantastic location near downtown activities, and wonderful historic neighborhood to walk around. the lodging was very comfortable and quiet. whenever we come back to Charlottesville, this is the place we would choose.

Great location on the downtown mall. Host was accommodating, helpful, & instructions were clear. Beautiful windows and architecturally interesting apartment. Fireplace created ambience & warmth; much appreciated during January's frigid temps. Note that it's a walk up apartment. Secure and comfy accommodations. Hope to return!

We had a great time at Tara & Mark's. It was as good as advertised and we really enjoyed the comfortable and clean space, and the beautiful surroundings outside.

This place was fabulous. It was on a quiet street in a safe, well-lit neighborhood. It was just a 4 minute walk to the Downtown Mall, with many easy to find restaurants, bars, bookstores, coffee shops, and a movie theatre! The space was perfect, with plenty of towels/linens, comfortable beds, a large closet, easy to use wi-fi, powerful ACs, and multiple desks, which I used to do a little school work. It was also quite charming with dozens of books on the shelves, eclectic art/decorations, as well as local, tea, coffee, and bread for you to enjoy. I highly recommend Genevieve’s home and will definitely stay again the next time I’m in C’ville!

The Studio was a perfect weekend getaway stay! Kalin was a very responsive host and checked in to ensure everything was going well. I would absolutely stay here again!
