Modeen 2 room apartment (70m2) right on the shore of Lake Lucerne. Our apartment can accommodate 1-4 people. The living room/dining room is very comfortably furnished. The kitchen offers enough space and is fully equipped. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In the living room there is an additional bed which can be enlarged into a double bed. Within walking distance (100m) is the train station, bus station and the ship docking station. Tax/day/person: CHF 1.50

The apartment is located in a holiday home in a quiet location with a large garden directly above Lake Lucerne in historic Central Switzerland, and is close to the SwissHolidayPark leisure and swimming complex in the Stoos ski and hiking area. The compact and functional apartment (22 sqm) has two comfortable single beds, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a private garden seating area. The holiday home is easily accessible by public transport (train and bus).

The house was newly built. The apartment is furnished in Alpine style. Various details are made with old wood, which makes the apartment unique and homely. The apartment has a very spacious entrance area, where electric grill and deck chairs are available for a cozy stay. The bedroom has a box-spring bed and wardrobe. The bathroom/toilet has a shower and sink with generous storage space. The washing machine can be used free of charge.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Sleeping in the greenhouse means being very close to the plants. A good bed awaits you and a warm stove lets you comfortably enjoy the time you spend with us. The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.
