Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Floyd County

We enjoyed our stay in this airbnb. It was exactly as described and very clean and comfy. The location was perfect and we felt safe. We really enjoyed the bathtub and shower! The steps in the home are steep, so if you have any issues with stairs this is not a good one for you. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you both. :)

We stayed in this house for about 10 days and it was wonderful. We had enough room for ourselves, our 5 kids, and 3 dogs. The host was caring, responsive and understanding. Our children loved the house and the location is amazing!! We would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you, Chris!

We had a wonderful time staying at Larry’s place. His home was beautiful and perfect for our large family! The home was filled with lots games and puzzles! The kitchen was large and perfect for hosting our son and daughter in laws dinner with family and friends who all came in to celebrate their college graduation with their Masters. Thank you again !

It felt like home. We were in Louisville dealing with a very sick family member and it was so nice and comfortable. Michael was very accommodating and helpful. We wanted to stay!

I stayed at Benjamin’s place for the Derby this year with friends, and we had an amazing time! The house is beautiful and so well decorated. Don't stay here unless you love expansive views, your own water lily pond, and an exquisite home! This is a gorgeous home - and with so many conversation spots indoors and out it is perfect for a family reunion. We really enjoyed being together in this lovely space. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. All the bedrooms were cozy and pleasant. Our family lives coast to coast, with one in Floyd's Knobs, so this was perfect. I've rented many homes and this one tops the list!

This home is fantastic and probably the best Airbnb I've stayed at. The location is easily accessible, close to everything, safe, and quiet. The host was awesome - - very communicative without over communicating (but still available), which I greatly appreciate. Lastly, the space itself was perfect. It was clean, beautifully updated and decorated, and the host really did think of everything; it was perfectly furnished. Lastly, the backyard was a dream - - beautifully landscaped, large, comfortable, and the privacy fence was awesome. My dogs were obsessed with the backyard. I come to Louisville frequently and this will definitely be my new go-to Airbnb space when I visit. I highly recommend this space to everyone and will undoubtedly stay here again. I literally have no improvement suggestions or negative feedback; everything was really great.

We had a WONDERFUL stay, the apartment was gorgeous. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Bruce was very responsive from the beginning of my booking through our complete stay. He went above and beyond with little details to make the stay so personal. We loved the muffins 😊 I highly recommend staying here while in the area. Amazing stay, this is absolutely the place to stay for all the Louisville distillery tours. Much less hectic than Louisville but still only a 10-15 minute commute to the distilleries and nightlife. Walking distance to amazing shops and restaurants. Place is super nice and has all the amenities including a washer and dryer. On our next trip to the area we will definitely be staying here

Great place just outside of Louisville. Short drive to downtown and only twenty minutes from Churchill Downs (non-derby weekend). Looks just like the photos. Loved the interior design, the kitchen is well equipped, and the unit was spotless. Coffee, dining, and bars all within walking distance of the apartment. The balcony is right outside of the bedroom and it's a shared balcony so it's a bit odd when someone not from your party is out there. There are blinds in the bedroom so I just pulled them shut. Its also a historic building so noise from the street/alley bar/building occupants is noticeably louder than normal. There happened to be a wedding party either staying in the building or partying across the street until 1:30 AM, otherwise the noise would have been a non-issue. All around excellent place. Would stay again.

The place was great! Beautifully decorated and hosts were helpful and responsive. Very close to University and a perfect place to stay while my daughter went to orientation.

Andrew and Lindsay were great hosts. We had some issues with the Wi-Fi, and they worked diligently to address them. Ultimately, they allowed me to move to a new unit to continue working remotely. Both units supplied all of the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. Highly recommend.

great stay at Krystian’s place. plenty of space and super convenient to anywhere in downtown Louisville. really liked having a driveway and didn’t have to rely on street parking. would stay again!

Nikki's place was beautiful, one of the best/nicest Airbnb's i've ever stayed in. It was so clean, spacious, nicely decorated and the whole place was gorgeous. The restaurant downstairs is so good as well. 10/10!

The space was perfect for 9 of us to stay. Everyone had their own bed which was more than comfortable as well as an extremely accommodating living room space. The restaurants and night life were all very walkable from where we were at. Very happy we booked with Nathan!

James‘s place is absolutely beautiful!! I stayed here for a little getaway from all the stress at home and my stay was nothing but amazing. I truly felt at home and everything I could’ve possibly needed was there. Also bonus points for how easy check-in was!

we had a great stay visiting the Bourbon trail and exploring Louisville. the location is so convenient to so many places we wanted to visit, and the 3 beds were comfy and perfect for the 3 of us. cool view of downtown, great amenities as described and an easy host to work with. will stay again when back in Louisville for sure.

Check involved a few steps, but clear instructions are provided and we were able to get in easily. Great place to stay and would return!

We absolutely loved Mary’s place! We stopped for one night in Louisville during a road trip and this was the perfect spot for our family to unwind after a long day in the car. There was plenty of space to move around, games for us to play, snacks drinks, and even a Derby pint glass to bring home as a souvenir. We would absolutely stay here again!
