Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Florida Panhandle

Kathy’s space was much better even than the listing photos! A great price for a great location and a quick weekend stay. She was very responsive and has a very reasonable pet fee. Thanks for your hospitality Kathy!

We booked a last minute visit to Pensacola to see our daughter and we were happy to find this place in such short notice. It’s a cute house and had everything we needed for a few days. They even had some beach gear for use too.

Amazing time at April's place !! We enjoyed our time there as a family, we canoe around the lake, fished , got in the hot tub. Enjoyed nature and the peace is outstanding, good to relax from the city life. There are many books and board games and things to entertain with. April is super nice and responds fast with anything you might need. The house its just as described, kitchen is well equipped, she provides everything and more, you dont need to bring anything from home. I will definetely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. I love the location of the house because it’s about 3 min to the beautiful beach. The house has everything you could need. Central location for all activities. We will be back!

We were in town for work and this place was just the right spot to feel at home. The host was very attentive and took care of everything we need. Will definitely stay here again if I am ever in town again.

We had a very nice stay at Chad and Angela's home. They thought of everything. We arrived late and we didn't have to run out for anything. They thought of everything which made our stay much more comfortable. Chad was proactive when a bad storm was coming and notified us where a lantern and flashlights were in case the power went out. I would definitely stay here again, even though we only stay one night I was super content. I can say out of all the air bnbs I’ve stayed in, this is the first one with snacks and cold drinks in the fridge. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

Emma was such a great host! We had a wonderful time and my kids LOVED the “vacation house”, as they kept calling it. 🤣 The house was very spacious, and my kids really enjoyed the big beds they got to sleep in! I was worried about feeling odd staying at someone else’s house, but it was so welcoming, I had no problem! The beach was only a five minute drive and it was one of the prettiest beaches I’ve ever been to! We will definitely be back!

Magdalena's place was wonderful. We had stayed in this building before, but it was our first time at her condo. The corner unit is great- multiple balconies. Beach front property that is fairly quiet. We loved that the building had quiet hours. The entire place was spotless. There were 4 of us (mom, 2 girls, and grandmother) and we had plenty of space. Magdalena & Mark were very responsive and helpful. There is a lot to do for all ages in this area. We will definitely book again. Thank you!

The home was very clean and super comfortable. Alma and Michael had a binder filled with any and all information you may need. They were extremely helpful and super easy to reach if/when needed.

Perfect! Been on the road a while and need a place that was comfortable, peaceful and where I could walk in stead of drive to get food. Sandi’s place checks all the boxes and more.

Joseph’s place exceeded my expectations. The place was clean and the kitchen was FULLY stocked. I usually don’t cook on vacation but the kitchen was so well equipped I felt like I was home. He provided beach towels which was a plus. Felt like home away from home. I will definitely return. The location is perfect with grocery stores and restaurants near by. Very quiet neighborhood

Stayed in Pensacola for the weekend of the Crawfish Festival with another couple. The home is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable!! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and necessities to make the weekend easy. Spent time in the lovely shaded backyard, on the front porch each morning with coffee in rocking chairs, and in the cozy living room. Walked to the festival each day. It was a 1.7 mile walk each way, on sidewalks, through the historic area until we got to Palafox St, where we enjoyed restaurants, bars, and beautiful architecture. Location of the home is wonderful, and it is very well suited for 2 couples travelling together.

We enjoyed exploring the area. Visited plenty of great beaches and charming local shops nearby. Overall, our experience was wonderful. The location is rich in history, another fascinating part of staying here.

When my daughter owned the door, she simply had one word, “Wow”. It is a beautiful place. The master bedroom and bath are spacious to say the least. There is plenty of room in the kitchen. Very clean. My wife, and our girls love to spend time in the hot tub after a day at the beach. The location is highly convenient. Publix and the Walmart grocery are within 2 miles. A couple of ice cream shops within two miles. All that is enough, but you also have a lady, Cynthia, that has the answers to all your questions, and she is local. You can also message Tony, and you will get a response. I do enjoy the view on the 17th floor, and the elevators are quick, so there is no disadvantage to the higher floors. We will certainly stay again if we come to Orange Beach again.

Lisa's place was in a perfect location to explore Pensacola, a shorte walk to historic downtown and the waterfront. It was in a nice historic neighborhood, with easy, on-street parking. The apartment was in the second floor of a historic, Victorian home, with another Airbnb rental across the hall, accessed by a steep, narrow flight of stairs. The space was large, with a really comfortable bed. It's not a true 1-bedroom apartment; the bed is in the same room as the living area. It was quiet and peaceful and stress-free. We enjoyed our stay.

The booking was exactly like what the photos presented. Great host and even greater experience. My party of 16 were all able to find home in the booking with plenty of bedding, kitchen space, and functional amenities. The host provided plenty of recommendations, tips, and weather reports! There was a storm brewing near the end of our stay and Jane kept my party up-to-speed.

We used this beach house for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it is in a great location - steps from the beach! It's a lovely home and we had an amazing time!

Our family of 7 had a great experience at the Villa in Santa Rosa Beach. The villa was spacious and clean. We loved having a heated pool right outside our door and the 2 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. There was lots of restaurants, coffee and donut shops within walking distance! Having beach chairs and toys was also a plus! Thanks you for letting us vacation at your beautiful villa!

This was a beautiful condominium. Our family enjoyed the gated complex and letting our teens roam with a sense of security.

Everything was definitely as advertised! Nice, cozy location and would recommend!!
