Mr. Reinaldo answered and helped us whenever he needed it, we need to go to the hospital in the new year and he directed us to the best place to go. Accommodation consistent with the photos, very nice to wake up to the noise of the birds too. Very good location, with several markets close and right off the beach of Barra, and the bus stops.

Angela's attention is always impeccable friendly and the order for anything you need. An environment is very quiet to rest and enjoy with a clean and cared for beach with beautiful transparent water. Everything invites you to come back.

We stayed almost 6 days in the apartment and we felt at home. the location is spectacular as it is accessible to both shopping centers and different beaches. The apartment is as shown in the pictures., it has a spectacular view. Israel was very friendly and gave us all the directions to make our stay easy.

the host took pains to get us an excellent place to park my van which is quite large, the furniture in the accommodation is of excellent quality the armchair made you want to get up for its great comfort and the space you are 100% used, honestly they were the best vacation of our lives.

We really liked the place very quiet condominium in front of the beach , close to restaurants , omnibus passes outside the condominium, very clean and organized apartment I recommend 100% to travel with family and have a good rest. Cheers.

Host and her very welcoming and affectionate husband. The residence is very cozy, with everything that is enough for a good stay. Around 500m away from the sea, a very tranquil place. Next to several attractions: 10 min from the tip of the parrot; 15 min of the Embaú guard, also from the beach above; 1h from Floripa. Surely I will return again, probably in the summer for better enjoy the kk beaches I recommend, note 10!

We were very well received by Tiago, who from the beginning was extremely helpful and made us comfortable throughout the stay. The apartment is impeccable: everything very clean, organized and with a charming decoration and very good taste. In addition, it offers chairs and parasol, which makes it much easier for those who will enjoy the nearby beach. The condominium structure is also excellent, with a swimming pool, gym and children's playground, which makes it a perfect place for families. There are some nearby conveniences and since everything is close, it was super practical. At the end of our stay, we still had the kindness to be able to check out a little bit later to enjoy the beach more. It was simply spectacular! I highly recommend it!

Rodrigo is a great host and the place is very cool, well worth it. I stayed only one night during a trip, but I will indicate to anyone who is interested in going to itapema. Great spot!

This apartment is the same as the pictures. Camila and Ely are great hosts, communicate very well and solved an issue with the jacuzzi as quickly as possible. Camila accommodated my family check in and check out making their time in Florianopolis even more relaxing. I really appreciated the flexibility. I’d definitely recommend this place for a family vacation.

The location of the apartment is very good. It is on the beach street and is very quiet. The apartment is very nice. Everything is very new and functional, with a good mood. The building is also new and very beautiful.

Helisanne and her husband were very friendly and receptive. The space is very clean and cozy, the Jacuzzi is a luxury.

Our hosting was awesome! The view is beautiful, both from the living room and from the balcony. The rooms have comfortable beds and the bathrooms are great. The balcony with the jacuzzi is amazing! We had a technical problem with her and Leonardo promptly assisted us in every way to help us as quickly as possible and still did a kindness to us. We are very happy!

Since the day we arrived, we feel super at ease. The space is wonderful, excellent for those looking for peace and integration with nature. The view is wonderful, as well as all the items of the accommodation, towels, dishes, bath salts and other amenities. We will definitely return!
