Loft holiday rentals in Florianopolis Metropolitan Area

Leia and Marcos were absolutely wonderful hosts! They were very welcoming, gave me a great introductory tour of the loft with lots of good recommendations, and they could not have been kinder. The loft itself was well appointed and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the whole apartment was very clean. Lagoa is also an excellent neighborhood to stay, very safe and walkable with many good restaurants nearby. Thanks again!

It was an amazing stay! The house is great... everything was impeccable, clean and organized! The view is spectacular... we take beautiful days... with sunrise from home! Excellent accommodation, enviable place and the optimal host. The only thing we could say negative and not fixable, is that they are contiguous apartments and the noises are up to the guests. We were touched by a slightly noisy group, but the quiet hours at night were respected. We would definitely be back.

I loved the stay! João was super helpful in everything we need. The apartment is extremely cozy and complete, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is large and spacious, the condominium has a market, gym.. Everything of excellent quality. The location is great, short distance to the lagoon, downtown.. I will definitely come back other times.

The accommodation is in a quiet region, with little outside noise. It's easy to get around anywhere in uber and there's a small nearby market that can be very helpful. We received the extremely clean and organized space and the Host's instructions were very accurate.

Great apartment, quiet place, shops nearby. Extremely clean apartment, dishes in great condition, equipped kitchen, bed and bath linen well clean and comfortable. José Henrique was a great host, very attentive to everything I needed. The coffee powder, detergent, sponge and small comforts for the arriving guest make a difference. I'll be back for sure!

Our stay at the Regina listing was flawless. We had flexibility at check-in and check-out, which helped us a lot in the Easter holiday and commuting we needed to make. It is possible to see the effort in the details of the host's finishing and hospitality. The accommodation also has an important concern with the separation of waste, which we think is great! If you are looking for a quiet place, close to the gastronomic center of Jurerê and at the same time want to feel at home, we recommend that you book a few days at this accommodation.

Super nice place, very modern and well equipped. In a prime location in Novo Campeche. 2 minute walk to the beach and there are loads of nice restaurants and things around. The hosts have been more than accommodating. In fact they are the best Airbnb hosts I have dealt with. Very helpful. They regularly cleaned the apartment and made it spotless. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The space is really great. The structure and the view are spectacular.

The room is exactly as in the photos, beautiful, with very well-kept furniture and utensils. The boys are super attentive! The terrace is too beautiful. We had a little difficulty just with the entrance, because it is right on the hill and the access with the car is narrow, with unevenness. But the rest is excellent!

I felt very good at Isadora's house! It is in a very special place on the island and is extremely well cared for and well decorated. It has everything you need to be super well installed (and inspired!). Beyond the house, communication with Isadora went really well - and meeting Magali was a highlight! Amazing place - clean and tidy with incredible views! Walking distance to Beira-mar Shopping and Beira-mar which was super convenient. Patio Milano literally downstairs has a wide variety of excellent restaurants to choose from. Rodrigo was responsive and always ready to help. Checking in was super smooth too. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The host was very attentive to receiving us, guided us the best way to get there because there are more chatty streets to pass the car, and he was careful to guide us to the arrival was also good. The environment was clean, as described the space is very comfortable and has met our expectations very well, it is worth hosting. And as a bonus, there's still a very good Dog, Mr. Big haha

We love our stay! 💖 From the beginning, we feel super welcomed. The flat is cozy, well cared for and it was pristine clean and smelling. Warm bedding, great towels, working air conditioning, TV with Netflix, excellent Wi-Fi, iron, hairdryer… all thought out with affection! We were greeted with water, refri, beer, chocolate and snack — a treat that made all the difference. The location is perfect, in a super privileged area of the island, close to everything. It is important to say that the access to the flat is by a few flights of stairs or by a little death, but the view pays too much! We feel safe at all times. Even with other flats nearby, the space is quite private. Another positive point was the flexibility in the check-in and check-out: we arrived and we left at dawn, and Jeff was super attentive, sending explanatory videos and various recommendations to facilitate both the arrival and the exit. Many thanks for everything, it was a wonderful experience! ✨

Stayed for a month in Floripa. The place was clean, well-located — close to the beach and everything useful. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout. On arrival, she left a small gift and a handwritten note, which was a nice touch. Overall, a solid stay. Would recommend.

My partner and I stayed here for a month and enjoyed our stay. The host was quick to respond to our questions and to resolve any issues that arose. The apartment was clean and spacious for a studio. There is no cleaning included for a month-long stay, which was the only downside since we're used to having at least one cleaning included for our month-long Airbnb stays. We did appreciate having a washer & dryer as well as a vacuum to tidy the apartment though. All of the kitchenware was in fairly good shape and the blackout curtains were nice. The apartment is conveniently located—just a short 5-minute walk to Campeche beach and also walking distance to various restaurants and shops. It's located in a fairly quiet area with minimal street noise. We felt safe walking around in this area. Wifi was strong—no issues with video calls or internet connectivity. Overall, we would stay here again if we came back to Florianopolis.
