My friends and I recently stayed at Gabriela's home and I recently stayed at Gabriela's place. The house is quite cozy, has a pool, barbecue area, very airy rooms… it had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hostess was very solicitous and ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to enjoy Floripa with comfort and safety.

Both the house and Jolantha's attention met all our expectations. The house, in addition to being large and comfortable, has a very special candor. You can see Jolantha's good taste in every detail (paintings, books, music, etc.). Despite how cute Praia Brava is, you also want to stay in the house enjoying it. The neighborhood is very quiet and gives you access to the most exclusive part of the beach. Communication with Jolantha was always very easy and cordial. Always pay attention to our consultations. The early check-in flexibility is also very appreciated. To return to Praia Brava I do not doubt that I would do it at Jolantha's house. 10 out of 10.

The house is spectacular. Arejada, modern, very well equipped. The visual around is pure nature. Quiet condominium close to the beach, which makes it easy not to need a car. Host is very attentive to guests and responds quickly to any calls.

We had a great stay at the house, perfect communication with the hosts and the house is very good! All rooms are good, the superiors with an amazing view of the sea. The house has a wonderful view and is very close to the beach.. practically foot in the sand. I recommend staying at the house!

The house is extremely cozy, very well planned for family life and super practice, both in everyday life and access to Praia do Rosa and the centrinho. The pool is wonderful, and the connection to nature makes the experience even more special. We live unforgettable days, surrounded by a unique energy and an unbelievably beautiful sunset. The view is stunning – it's hard to imagine a place more beautiful and perfect than this one. And the best: the house is even more beautiful than in the pictures! Our hosts are responsive and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Simply memorable in every way. We spent the Carnival with 7 teenagers, who enjoyed a lot of family life. We were seeking peace and agitation and in the end they greatly valued the peace of this blessed place. Thank you for the opportunity to stay!

Excellent accommodation, very receptive host and helped us in everything we needed. Extremely clean, organized and cozy place. The site is much better than what it looks like in the pictures. The pools are larger and the children's are great for kids to play. We will definitely return at another time.

Our stay was excellent! The house was pristine clean, very well organized and equipped with everything we needed. The host was extremely attentive and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable experience. I highly recommend it for those looking for a cozy place, well cared for and very well located.

The stay exceeded expectations! The house, the grounds, the lawn are beautiful and better than in the photos! Simon was very friendly and responds promptly. The housekeeper Sonia welcomed us and gave us all the instructions and details of the place. All rooms were clean, organized and organized with impeccable bed linen and towels. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent and is a 5-minute walk to the beach (the beach is also very good with adequate structure with bar, restaurants and bathroom). The only detail to note is that the listing says there are surveillance cameras only outside, but inside the house there are at least 4 between the TV room, living room, kitchen and common area of the upper floor. This made us initially uncomfortable and when we asked Simon he assured us that they were all turned off. I think if they don't work they could remove them for greater comfort. Anyway, we loved it and it is certainly in my plans to return to Antigo Moinho!

Modern house. With air conditioning in all the rooms. Dishwasher. Excellent pool. Very nice barbecue. Quiet condominium and easy to access. With a 20-minute trail to Joaquina beach.
