Holiday rentals with a patio in Floresta

A very convenient place as a base for sightseeing. We had a car that could be parked easily. Beautiful views. 🤩 The apartment had everything you could need, plus a lot of space. Both the living room and the bedroom and kitchen could go out onto the balcony. On one side, there was a beautiful view of the majestic Etna, and on the other, the sea. And the terrace on the roof 👌🏻🤩 You could really feel the Italian atmosphere 😉 Very responsive and helpful host. I highly recommend the place 😉

The room is well decorated and designed with small details and the space is very comfortable to use. There is a large balcony to sunbathe. The host is also very good and will generously help us solve the problem. I highly recommend everyone to stay and experience it.

Location was great. About 15 min to the main Piazza. Street was quite noisy but didn't hear it much if windows were closed. A few more items in the kitchen would be great like a toaster and microwave as oven was not working. Very responsive and was helpful. Bedding was comfortable and clean.

The flat was perfectly situated just a short walk from the main town. The balcony was great for sunbathing on during the day and quiet enough to spend an evening dining out on.

Everything was great. Recommended !

chiara was very proactive with her communication, flexible with arrival and departure times, extremely responsive when we had questions, and went above and beyond with some minor problem-solving. the kitchen is very well-appointed with tons of snacks (including homemade tiramisu!) and cooking essentials, and the balcony has a breathtaking view of pantalica. note that you may have to share common areas with other guests if they book the other bedrooms in the unit. i would definitely recommend staying here when visiting sortino!

The accommodation is very comfortable and therefore recommended. The access is challenging, but with the instructions it is easy to manage. The location is in a historic part, unfortunately there is not too much gastronomy within walking distance.

We had such a lovely time! The house was very clean and comfortable with a cute balcony. It’s a short walk into the centre and lots of nice places to eat nearby. Demetra was very helpful and easy to get hold of. Would definitely recommend, thank you!!

The accommodation was perfect, the space is even more spacious than it looks in the photos. Very nice rooms and the master bathroom is superb. The view is breathtaking! Two terraces with a direct view of Etna and the city. What a pleasure to have breakfast with such a view! The pool is very nice and the deckchairs/garden chairs are very comfortable. Please note that access to the pool is only allowed until 6:30 pm. The hosts live on the ground floor of the house but remain very discreet. The kitchen was very well equipped. As a bonus, small treats for us, such as bread, jams, nutella, small cakes and refreshing drinks on arrival. We felt at home and will come back without hesitation if we return to the area 👍🌸🙃🤩

A perfect 2 night stay at Andrea’s place. The jacuzzi was a perfect addition as got quite chilly at night being up in the mountains. A very comfortable home and could have stayed a whole week! A perfect quiet stay in beautiful surroundings. Thank you so much!

What a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, with homemade wine, olive oil, and fresh cherries from the garden. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Thanks to the fantastic recommendations, we discovered restaurants we never would have found on our ohne and each one was a hidden gem. The accommodation itself is full of character and charm. Every piece of furniture and decoration seems to have its own story. And the view was absolutely breathtaking! We couldn’t get enough of it. All in all, a perfect holiday with plenty of relaxation. We’d love to come back! Thank you for everything!

The apartment is very comfortable and in a great location, close to restaurants, bars and tourist spots. The park across the street is beautiful! My mother and I loved it. We didn't have any problems with access as Marianna was very clear with the directions. Without a doubt, if I return, I will return to this accommodation.

Clear recommendation. Ottavio was a very pleasant host. We spent 11 wonderful days here and enjoyed the location of this apartment. We were able to travel from here to the east coast of Sicily very comfortably by bus and train. The apartment was sensational for this. It is only a few steps from the metro. Within a few minutes, we were at the main train station and one stop further in the tourist centre of Catania. The first coffee in the sun on the terrace sweetened our start to the day. The beds are very good, the pillows were okay. We were able to cook very well here, but the pizzerias and the ice cream parlour nearby are highly recommended.

Conveniently located close to the main area and easy to access from the airport via public transport. Very authentic Sicily - the place came with great recommendations of places to go and foods to try. I very stupidly left some jewellery in the apartment and realised about half way to the airport. It had no monetary value but extremely high sentimental value - Claudia was so helpful and was able to get it from the cleaners and send it back to me!!! I am forever grateful!!! Some things to note regarding the apartment: 1. There are a few flights of stairs to tackle to get up to the apartment. 2. on the first night we stayed the noise from the bar next door was VERY loud in the main bedroom, consider earplugs. Everything was as described and easy to find and host communication was great!

We loved staying at Gaetano’s place. The position is perfect with its view over the amphitheatre and the apartment itself is super stylish. We really felt that it was a highlight of our visit to Sicily. The apartment is also perfectly positioned for exploring lovely Catania. We’d certainly return to Catania and would most definitely stay at Gaetano’s beautiful apartment.

we loved our 5 night stay here. We walked about 15mins to Isola Bella beach each day and drove up to the prestine town at night. The unit was spotless. The sunrises were incredible and the views were unbeatable. The best part was Dorotea's hospitality and responsiveness. I highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.
