We had a lovely stay at Chiara"s place. Swims in the morning and drinks on the balcony in the warm evenings. The apartment is very well appointed and tastefully decorated.

The apartment is charming and spacious and there is also a private terrace that we used a lot. The location is excellent both for reaching the centre on foot and for reaching external locations by car. There is always parking a short distance from the house. Luigi was impeccable and available at all times, always ready to give advice on what to do or where to eat and also to intervene to resolve any problem. Moreover, he had the foresight to leave us basic necessities on arrival to make us feel immediately welcomed. Highly recommended.

Love this place. Superb balcony with great views and lots of space. Comfortable inside. Seconds to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the Funicular up to central Taormina. Host was great and even let us check out late.

Beautiful accommodation in the middle of a cultivated, lush green property with a fantastic view towards the east coast. Everything was as expected based on the pictures and description, even a little prettier. Cleanliness top, tranquility and panorama fantastic. The reception was super warm, recommendations for excursions very good. The location is of course a bit remote, but absolutely OK to reach by car through narrow alleys. You won't find anything like this directly in the village. Overall, an absolute recommendation!

Giuseppe is an exceptional host, very helpful and available. The village of Motta Camastra is very nice and the view is sublime. We were lucky to be there during the 2 days of the village festival so we could enjoy the concerts, fireworks, processions, illuminations and brass band. The apartment is very functional, well located in the village and allows you to enjoy the various visits to do in the vicinity including Etna. We regret not staying longer!

The accommodation is as described, we particularly appreciated the terrace which allowed us to have all our meals outside. Sandra is a particularly considerate hostess: on arrival we found something to welcome us: beers and biscuits and to have for breakfast: tea, coffee, bread, butter, fruit, juice, homemade jelly and fresh eggs. Throughout the stay Sandra was very attentive and treated us to homemade food and fresh eggs!

Already miss this lovely place which became our dream Sicilian country home for three nights! Located in a peaceful gardens area, accompanied by lovely doggies, Mathilde's place gave us a feeling of coziness and freedom. I can only regret that our busy programme didn't allow us to meet with her in person but she was ver approachable and easy going. If you are looking for a quite place near to Naxos and Taormina, and a good starting point for Etna - don't hesitate to book this place :)

We had an amazing stay! This felt like what Airbnb experiences used to be like - you get to know your host who becomes a local guide and it feels like you’re staying in their home, but you still have privacy and your own space. Danny makes a point to meet you on arrival and departure, being very flexible with the time. Without asking, he shared tips for exploring Catania. We ended up at two restaurants he recommended which were both excellent and with only local people eating there. He thinks of every little detail to make your stay perfect- from water in the fridge to electricity converters in case you forget. It feels like you’re staying with family. He is super friendly and a wonderful host. The place is super clean and perfectly located on a quiet street outside touristy areas but still very close and walkable. We loved it! Thanks Danny!

My husband is in a wheelchair and Maria went out of her way to rent a wheelchair for our stay. The villa looked better in person than in the pictures. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked, including a juicer for fresh orange juice.

We stayed 2 weeks and it was a great base for exploring the east side of Sicily and Etna. A hire car is essential as the apartment is located in a quiet spot away from the main centres. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with great views from the wrap around balcony. The swimming pool was a real bonus - we made use of it most days. Salvatore & Antonio were very helpful and responsive to requests (many thanks!). Highly recommended if, like us, you are looking for a peaceful getaway.

We had a friendly and warm welcome with Pina. The house is extremely clean, spacious, comfortable. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. Views of the sea on one side, Mount Etna on the other. Flowers in abundance. Calm and serenity guaranteed. Pina was very welcoming and gave us a lot of information. Even though the house is isolated, we had all the necessary directions to get there. It is a typical house, tastefully furnished and above all filled with attention to make you feel at home. We highly recommend this place!!!

There is no way to measure this incredible view. It is absolutely beautiful. We did underestimate the tight roads and very very steep driveway, after a few days we did get the hang of it. The beds were very comfortable and we had a lovely stay

A great home away from home for the Christmas Holiday. The kitchen was amazing and allowed for us to make all our traditional Christmas dishes. Furthermore, the living room was cozy. The couch was perfect and allowed multiple people to curl up and watch Christmas movies. Additionally, the gaming room provided much needed space for board games, karaoke, puzzles, and reading. The house was immaculate, and our host was absolutely wonderful. We showed up late the first evening and our host made traditional Sicilian delicacies for us to eat. The arancini were delicious. I would 100% come back, especially in the summer so I can enjoy their beautiful pool. 100% recommend.

This is hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfectly set up for guests - clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The highlight is definitely the balcony, from there you have a stunning view of Catania and Etna. The location is ideal for exploring the region, with Taormina, Noto, Syracuse, Ragusa all within easy reach (1 to 1.5h drive, a car is a must!). The host was incredibly friendly. He gave us lots of tips for the region and communication was very easy. If you want to visit the south and/or east of Sicily, this is definitely a top place to stay!

Vincenzo is a great communicator and attentive host. He shared valuable reccommendations for things to do in the local area, restaurants and shops. The accomodation is in a fantastic location with views to Mt Etna in the west, and the coast in the east. It is very comfortable and a great place to relax and unwind. Thank you very much, Vincenzo!

Flavio's accommodation was great. Large apartment with all amenities, nice terrace and great privacy. Parking was possible in a closed yard 30m from the apartment. Great and quiet location both to the airport and to the center (20-30min by car). With thanks M+M.

Couldn’t recommend Villa Santi enough! Beautiful house with amazing views! Absolutely spotless and all the amenities you could need! Carlos was brilliant at replying and had answers to questions we had. He also provided amazing reccomendatioms that really are worth the hype he gave them!

Pleasant and very well decorated accommodation, you feel very good there. The view from the terrace is a real plus! The accommodation is in a rather quiet neighborhood which is nice Giuseppe is very responsive and keen to share good places in the area.

Very nice, incredibly quiet yet central place to stay. Well-equipped kitchen, Paola kindly provides coffee, tea, spices and more. Comfortable beds. Very private garden, very quiet at night (we traveled in February). We parked the car in the parking lot next door for a fee, we found this option suitable for us. All in all a direct hit and wonderful place.

The apartment is beautiful, exactly like the pictures, very contemporary with a balcony overlooking the sea at the front and a view of mount Etna at the back. The town, Stazzo, is a small Sicilian fishing village with few tourists. Although we don’t speak Italian, we were welcomed and found it to be a very friendly neighborhood with neighbours meeting on the seafront, passing the time of day with each other. It was lovely to see. When we were there the beaches were just starting to be converted for the summer season with wooden platforms being installed over the rocks but we were happy to swim and sunbathe on the many flat areas carved out on the rocks. All in all, it was a great base to explore the region, you will need a car but you can park right on front of the house, no problem.

The apartment is wonderful even in January in the rain and the terrance just amazing with views of the sunrise over the sea one side and a snow capped Mt Etna the other. Both Giuseppe and his mum, very helpful and generous hosts, with fridge stocked and breakfast food provided. Also the wi-fi is super fast and was great for working video calls and Netflix. The apartment had everything you could need and I can't wait to be back and highly recommend. Thank you both and also for helping me improve my Italiano. .....Spero di rivederti presto! - Davide.
