Holiday rentals with beach access in Floresta

The place is nice, spacious and very closely located to the historical part of the city. Maria is an extremely friendly host, who was super flexible. We would happy to return again.

I had a wonderful holiday at Salvatore’s place – the location is truly beautiful, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. The scenery is stunning, and the surrounding area offers a delightful experience with lovely restaurants and local services. The atmosphere is warm, and the welcome was genuinely heartfelt; I felt at home right away. Salvatore is a thoughtful and kind host who does his best to ensure guests feel comfortable. I also received help with some practical arrangements that we had agreed on in advance. I’ll carry fond memories of the unique charm and warmth of this place. Alessandra and Simona were both very helpful. Nobody we asked in the market knew where the street was but we finally found it through Google Maps. Letting future guests know it's above Euronics would also be a big help. We had everything around us; all within five minutes' walking time. Perfect location and highly recommended. The access to the accommodation was a bit surprising at the end of May as you have to drive through a small stream to get to the end of the road. The entrance to the free underground car park is also a bit bumpy and it is recommended to unload the car upstairs at the apartment beforehand if it does not have high tyres. But once you arrive, the accommodation is really impeccable with a beautiful view of the sea. You can hear the sea rustling at night and can sleep with the windows open without hesitation. You can also get from the apartment directly to the beach via a small staircase. The accommodation was one of the cleanest I have experienced so far. The mocha pot for making coffee, which is unfortunately often neglected, was also really clean. All public transport as well as small bakeries and shops are within walking distance. Since you can use a free parking space, excursions by car are always easy. The place is really highly recommended.

Two couples, English and American, we stayed for 3 nights. The house, garden and terrace are spacious. The terrace is spectacular, overlooking Taormina with views up to Castelmola and across the sea to across to Calabria. Garage parking was included directly across the street. The walk into Taormina is easy. A neighborhood market is a 1-2 minute walk. Castelmola is worth a visit, as is taking the funivia cable car down to the beach. We were sorry our stay wasn't longer.

I’m not sure I can sum this up in 1000 words but our stay at Roberto’s was beyond any expectation. Not only was it spotlessly clean, perfectly located and had its own parking, it was a 5 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina town (quick 3-4 min ride). The nearby restaurants were phenomenal especially Bel Assai and Blum. Both walkable within 5 minutes. Roberto as a host is simply the best we’ve ever had. There were multiple snacks and beverages for us upon arrival and everything you could ever want from an Airbnb experience. His charm and care were off the charts. Tanjit, his very strong helper, was available for any questions or inquiries we had as well. All in all it was our favorite stay not only in Sicily but in the course of our 20+ Airbnb’s around the world. To be fair- yes, there are many steps to the property but every single one was worth the experience. If you get the opportunity book it immediately. There’s no place like it in the world.

We had a wonderful stay at Gianluca’s apartment. We were right around the corner from Corso Umberto. It was very quiet inside the apartment at night and even though it was a lively street we slept very well. Gianluca was extremely helpful from getting us a booking at his very busy and amazing restaurant downstairs to arranging tickets to the film festival - he really went above and beyond. The apartment was very clean and we had plenty of space for two adults and our child. The balcony is large with views to die for and having the bus station and cable car very close was an added bonus. If we ever are lucky enough to return to Taormina, we would deciiitely stay again.

Gaetano was very responsive and helpful during our stay in his apartment. The apartment is designed to fulfill all your needs. We recommend it.

This was such a lovely and relaxing place. The outside space with the patios was amazing. There’s plenty of space indoors with a well equipped kitchen and I loved that the bedrooms are downstairs so you don’t have to bring the luggage upstairs. It was an easy drive to visit Taormina and Sergio was nothing but helpful with tips of where to park and places to eat. We would definitely return!

Alfio’s place is beautiful and situated in a quiet area with lots of wonderful restaurants and friendly locals. Alfio’s father, Mario, was also wonderful and for a small fee, took us out on his boat to explore and swim. Cannot wait to come back to this area when we return to Sicily.

We had a wonderful stay. Daniele greeted us very nicely and advised us with recommendations and tips for the area. The apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped. The terrace and direct access to the sea are the highlights of the apartment. The apartment is quietly located and a 5-minute walk over the rocks takes you to a small quiet beach. Highly recommended!

We were very pleased with our stay. Alessandro was very communicative, at check-in, in case of problems, when transferring our daughter to the airport. We enjoyed the small terrace very much, but it felt almost directly by the sea. We can only recommend the apartment. Volker and Iris

We had a wonderful holiday. The apartment is really great and has a unique view of the Mediterranean. Wenche is a super nice hostess who takes care of everything.

Super communication with Paolo. Although we did not find the accommodation so quickly, Paolo picked us up personally and accompanied us to the accommodation. Super clean! Very quiet and great view of the sea and Mount Etna. We visited Catania and Syracuse and were happy to return to our quiet accommodation in the evening. Unfortunately, the time passed too quickly.

Barbara was an excellent host and we loved her home: we rented the entire home for our family (adult kids and partners, plus my husband and I) and it was perfect for everyone. The house has a fantastic view of Isola Bella, stairs to the beach are just few steps from the house, and there’s a parking lot just across the street (if you are driving be ready for very narrow streets ;) with cars, scooters and people all together). Barbara was super friendly, welcoming, attentive and helpful from the moment I booked and even more when we arrived. She communicated constantly with me. I highly recommend her place to feel at home waking up to a gorgeous, peaceful view. And there’s lot to do in Taormina and the surroundings. Fantastic trip, we already miss it …

We had a really lovely stay! The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace – perfect for breakfast or a relaxing evening drink. With the private access to the sea and the peaceful outdoor space, the place truly felt like an oasis. One downside was the noisy street, especially during weekend nights – something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to sound. We also really appreciated the free parking on the street – we were always able to find a spot nearby without any trouble. Salvatore was a great host: very friendly and helpful. His local tips were excellent – especially the restaurant recommendations, which were spot on! He also has a dog who is very friendly, though it did bark occasionally. All in all, a great place to stay that we would definitely recommend.

Cozy apartment, very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Good recommendations from Salvatore who was also very responsive and flexible. We could drop luggage off early before the apartment was ready which was super convenient.

Well-located accommodation, close to Catania, Etna, and 1 hour from Taormina. A little out of the tourist center, but several restaurants nearby in Aci Trezza. Excellent recommendations for tours and restaurants by our hosts. Very nice welcome by Julia, many recommendations and detailed information. Accommodation a little cramped if you imagine staying at 4, but ideal for 2 people! Perfect equipment, with beach essentials, umbrellas if needed, etc.

I can recommend it to anyone who wants to explore the south of Sicily. The accommodation was tidy, clean and beautiful. The kids loved it.

This is a beautiful, modern 10th floor apartment. It is clean and very comfortable. There are two balconies, one with a view of the ocean, the other a view of Mt. Etna. Dedicated parking inside a locked compound. It’s a short walk to the waterfront. The nearest beaches are mostly volcanic boulders. For a truly sandy beach you will need to drive about 7 km. Most of the communication was with Francesca’s father, Mike. He was very responsive and helpful. There is a small park near the water at the end of the street. It’s a nice place to take a stroll and grab a gelato or panino. Would definitely recommend this place.
