original accommodation on 3 levels, 3 large bedrooms and nice volumes including this small inner courtyard completely private with its hot tub which is really a plus!. clean. well equipped. in the heart of this small village in a narrow alley but with a real parking space attached. stay successful and in line with our expectations. Very good stay at Laurence's with 2 children aged 5 and 2. The accommodation is very clean and has everything there. The small garden area is lovely. There are many toys for children and the beach. Le Grau d'Agde is a few minutes' drive away and the accommodation is close to the centre of Agde. The environment is very quiet. Laurence is a very helpful hotel and will give you plenty of tips for visiting the area

An absolutely awesome stay!!! The cottage is beautiful, decorated with great taste, modern, warm and very well thought out. The jacuzzi is great: no neighbours, a real little corner of paradise to relax. The setting is idyllic, calm and soothing, perfect for a break for two. Marie and Gilles are very responsive and caring, which makes the experience even more enjoyable! We highly recommend this accommodation, and we will return with great pleasure!

Florent's property is a small 3 floor self-contained house with well equipped and modern fittings throughout. The top floor could be a reading room or study and it opens out to a rooftop terrace overlooking a very pleasing view of tiled roofs, trees and the nearby cathedral. The little street is very quiet but within a few minutes walking distance of bustling squares and narrow old-town streets full of bars and restaurants. There is a tram stop (Lines 1 and 4) 2 minutes away which will connect you to wherever you might want to visit in the city. It's good to have a whole house rather than an apartment in a building shared with other tenants or visitors. The place has a relaxing feel and all creature comforts are catered for. Florent was always responsive - he replied to my queries within minutes.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The two dedicated parking places are a real boon. It's situation is fantastic, being only two minutes walk from the lovely harbour with all it's restaurants, and ten minutes from the centre of the town. The view from the balcony is truly special, overlooking as it does the marina and the Étang, along the shore of which you can walk all the way to the Canal du Midi. We shall certainly be back.

Fantastic days in a beautiful accommodation. In the middle of the city and yet very quiet. The pool, the table tennis table and the garden ensure beautiful moments outside. You'll feel right at home in the property. We fully recommend the property.

Beautiful apartment in a great location with a beautiful view of the sea

Samantha and Miguel are very charming hosts. Communication is very warm and the response time is incredibly fast. You feel welcome and notice that they run their "oasis" with a lot of love. They give great tips for activities or restaurants. The rooms, the pool area and the garden are well maintained - just to feel good. You should definitely try the breakfast in the shade of the trees, as well as the wines, which are great. Highly recommended!!!!

Oh my God, words are not enough to explain our experience with this Airbnb and Sète. The place is perfect, there are lots of things to do and discover so close to the Airbnb: beaches, restaurants, activities. In addition, the Airbnb is very nice, lovely, and comfortable. The decor is nice, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and the table on the balcony is my favourite place to start the morning and end the evening. The hostess is so nice and she responds super fast with useful messages and friendly phrases. This Airbnb is really a must for your holiday in Sète! When we return to Sète, we will stay here again.

Hi, We spent practically a pleasant week (from April 30 to May 3, 2025). We were very well received by Nicolas who is very friendly and is always reachable if needed. The listing is as described, nothing is missing. The view is awesome from the apartment and the rooftop which is very well appointed. The 2 garages are very convenient. We are happy to come back.

Very good welcome from Philippe, he is a host attentive to the smooth running of your stay and available if needed. Still reachable. As for the apartment, in addition to being super well-located, close to the beach, the city center, and the port, it is really very nice, nicely decorated, well equipped and very functional. From the terrace, we saw on dunes (wild), which gives access to a path along the cliffs, overlooking the sea (beautiful) ideal for walks and jogging. What a nice surprise when opening the door with this beautiful sea view. The accommodation is very nice, decorated and furnished with great taste. The bedding is very comfortable! And what could be more pleasant than being a stone's throw from the beach?! Very practical with children! I highly recommend this place.

Great stay very nice. Beautiful apartment, really comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the sea view and the view of the ponds on the other side. The residence is quiet and ideally located to go to the centre on foot or to reach the ponds for beautiful bike rides.

Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people.
