Monthly Rentals in Florence

Patrick's cozy condo is very convenient to the Ark Encounter (about 45 minutes), plenty of restaurants, attractions. The place was clean, as shown on his listing. The check in was fast with the keyless entry system. The home had all you would need if you wanted to eat in. The bed was oh so warm and comfy! The bedrooms were well appointed, and having a bath and a half is great when more than one person is staying. Being able to bring our dogs means the world to us, especially when they are getting older and you want to keep your eyes on them rather than boarding them. The price was more than fair after considering boarding our two dogs vs. bringing them with us. I think he is new at this and really tried hard to accommodate us. He called when I had a question. He also followed up soon after we were checked in to see if all was going ok and if we needed anything. A very efficient little condo! I would definitely stay there again.

Hallie was a wonderful host. the place was wonderful, clean, spacious. Area had fun things to do and great food nearby. would recommend to others!
