Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Willkommen in Ihrem perfekten Rückzugsort im idyllischen Gerswalde! Unser großzügiges und stilvoll eingerichtetes Ferienappartment bietet Ihnen höchsten Komfort für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Das 85m² große Loft befindet sich im ausgebauten Dachbereich eines Fachwerkhauses aus dem Jahr 1780 im Stadtkern von Gerswalde. Als Schlafmöglichkeiten stehen ein Doppelbett sowie eine Doppel-Schlafcouch zur Verfügung. Es besteht die Möglichkeit ein weiteres Zimmer dazu zu mieten, mit separatem Eingang.

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Our small, lovingly renovated 56sqm apartment is part of our old brick house (former bakery) located in a beautiful and nature rich corner of the Uckermark. It is an ideal starting point for small day trips - in the immediate vicinity there are several swimming lakes, bicycle and hiking trails, old villages and many other tourist offers. In our village of Flieth there is a small regional shop with organic products from local farmers and a nice pub with a beer garden.

Many lakes and the small town of Boitzenburg with its beautiful castle are very close.

The Birkenhof Uckermark - farmhouse with sauna

“Less is more” – This is one of the golden rules for good design, which guided us in the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.

Brick cottage – donkey apartment

The former donkey stable is now a small apartment with a living/bedroom (sofa bed 1.60x2m) with integrated kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The hot water supply is obtained from solar energy and lasts as long as the sun warms. The apartment includes a cozy seating area on a small hill in the garden with fantastic views. Take hikes or excursions to one of the many lakes, to Templin, Angermünde, Chorin Monastery or simply through the beautiful wide landscape. Or sit in the garden with a good book and listen to the bees... The Berlin-Usedom cycle path leads directly past the house. The nearest beautiful swimming area is only about 1.8 km away.
