Appartement indépendant de 40 m2 en rdc d'une superbe villa à l'esprit "campagne" avec jardin privatif, piscine et parking au calme absolu. Chambre (22m2) avec lit double, Salle d’eau , WC séparé, espace cuisine et buanderie (lave linge). 2 Terrasses privatives + accès direct à la piscine (chauffée) +douche solaire (pour l'hygiène). Grand terrain paysager. Petits déjeuners optionnels (9€ / personne) servis sur la terrasse (juin à septembre) avec vue grandiose sans aucun vis à vis.

The trailer is located in the middle of our olive grove, with unobstructed views of the Château de Berne. We are located a good hour from Nice, 45 minutes from Fréjus, 35 minutes from Lake Sainte Croix, and the Verdon Gorges. Many nearby walks are accessible. Very concerned about our beautiful planet, we have decided to offer you eco-friendly accommodation that respects the environment: dry toilet, walk-in shower (thank you for being economical with water).

Located 1.6 km from the city center, the fully equipped T2 has a private enclosed garden, a parking space on the property and an exclusive access to the swimming pool from the beginning of May to the end of September.
