The farmhouse

In a traditional small cottage with white knots on a farm in the village of Snörum, you can find peace regardless of the season. In the village, there are four farms. Good opportunities to hike to various natural attractions around. The climate is sunny and rainy, with a great impact on vegetation, with smaller trees near the coast. Småland mountainous, which is much liked by Apollo butterflies. It is -3 km to the bay of Syrsan, with opportunities for swimming from cliffs and beach. -6 km to Loftahammar with grocery store and various community services.

Wake up at your own pace and enjoy a long breakfast. Browse the brochures in the cabin and get a feel for how best to spend the day. Swimming, boat trip, kayaking, fishing, hiking? Barbecue? Reading? Just a few minutes from central Västervik is the Gränsö Nature Reserve, a peninsula close to the sea where nature is allowed to take centre stage. In a quiet area, we rent out our guesthouse with a view of the water and nature as your closest neighbour. Here, you wake up to the sparkling sea and birdsong and fall asleep to the silence of the forest. There are several swimming spots, and the nearest one is about 150 metres from the guest house. You can start hiking trails right around the corner from the house.

In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

It is part of an old Swedish farmhouse on a 10 hectare property located between the lakes Rummelsrum and Hyttegöl. Get to know the rich fauna and flora directly from the terrace or during long walks in the area. After a dip in the lake, enjoy a barbecue on the attractively lit terrace.

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built holiday home (2023+2026) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings and gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre nature reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for recovery. Enjoy a sauna, kayak tour or cook together. There's plenty of space for socialising and lovely dinners, as well as the option to close the door behind you (9 bedrooms - 10 beds, including bed linen and towels).

Cozy little cottage in Loftahammar

Cozy little cabin in the owner's yard. Shared bathroom/kitchen and private toilet/sink in the owner's house. The stuga is on the forest edge of the village and therefore fairly quiet. Free parking next to the stuga. A family with 2 children (7 and 12) lives in the main house but is generally at school and work during the day. Loftahammar is a nice tourist destination with various activities, including boat and bicycle rentals. Max. 2 guests.

We rent our cozy summer cottage in the Tjust archipelago. Beautiful location on a large waterfront property. Below the cottage is a small sandy beach - ideal for children - as well as a jetty.
