The farmhouse

In a traditional small cottage with white knots on a farm in the village of Snörum, you can find peace regardless of the season. In the village, there are four farms. Good opportunities to hike to various natural attractions around. The climate is sunny and rainy, with a great impact on vegetation, with smaller trees near the coast. Småland mountainous, which is much liked by Apollo butterflies. It is -3 km to the bay of Syrsan, with opportunities for swimming from cliffs and beach. -6 km to Loftahammar with grocery store and various community services.

Charming little cottage

This small cottage offers two beds (90×200) A small practical kitchen but with a refrigerator and a mobile induction stove. Simply equipped kitchen with what is needed for easier cooking, barbecue is available on the terrace. The cottage has two terraces, one at the entrance and one at the back with a separate and quiet location with nature only next door. The cottage is located in an area where there are more cottages for other tenants. This cottage does not have a shower/toilet, it is in the area in a separate building and shared with others.

Secluded cottage by a small lake

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. A small cottage located by a lake with access to its own jetty, wood-fired sauna, boat and free fishing. There is access to, among other things, a refrigerator, TC (dry toilet), fresh water in a jug and charging via a USB port and solar cells (see picture). The cabin is heated with wood. Sanitary facilities are 4 km away with access to shower and toilet. There is a forest road to the cabin. The guest cleans themselves and brings their own sheets and firewood.

Newly built guesthouse ‘Ludwig’ in Västervik/Gränsö

Just a few minutes from central Västervik is the Gränsö Nature Reserve, a peninsula close to the sea where nature is allowed to take centre stage. In a quiet area, we rent out our guesthouse with a view of the water and nature as your closest neighbour. Here, you wake up to the sparkling sea and birdsong and fall asleep to the silence of the forest. There are several swimming spots, and the nearest one is about 150 metres from the guest house. You can start hiking trails right around the corner from the house.

A charming Attefallshus in the heart of Västervik that offers you hotel feel. 4-5 minutes hiking and you are right in the middle of beautiful Västervik. In a few minutes you reach Gamlebyviken for a lovely morning walk. A newly built small house of 25m2 with bathroom, kitchen & bedroom. Open-plan with double bed. Small kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer. Bathroom with shower, floor heating and towel dryer. A small cozy deck outside the sliding window section.

Herbron in ons gezellig huisje, ingericht met oog voor warme kleuren en zachte materialen. Lilla Stugan ligt midden in de bossen en de weien en heeft een eigen badplaats, sauna en bootje. Het is deel van een oude Zweedse boerderij op een domein van 10 hectare gelegen tussen de meren Rummelsrum en Hyttegöl. Maak kennis met de rijke fauna en flora direct vanop het terras of tijdens lange wandelingen in de omgeving. Geniet na een duik in het meer van een barbecue op het sfeervol verlichte terras.

Cozy cottage of 32 m2 in beautiful Gryt archipelago

Ladda upp inför hösten med lugnet och naturen i Gryts skärgård! Här finns en mysig, fullt utrustad stuga om 32 m2 med skogen inpå knuten och havet runt hörnet. Vakna i din egen takt&njut av en lång frukost. Bläddra genom infon i stugan och känn efter hur dagen bäst spenderas. Bad, båttur, kajakpaddling, fiske, vandring? Grilla? Läsa? Vila? Kanske bara vara? Vill ni njuta lite extra bokar ni till spabadet (200 kr p.p./vistelse). Handdukar och lakan 100 kr/set om så önskas. Varmt välkomna!

Newly renovated garden house for 5 people

Our garden house is a newly renovated accomodation located close to baths, golf and nature with walking distance to the town centre-approximately 10-15 minutes. The house is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and a microwave oven and all the kitchen utensils you might need. During the summer months you also have access to a barbecue. One bathroom with toilet and a shower cubicle. There are 5 beds; one king size bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. We wish you very welcome!

In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

Cozy little cottage in Loftahammar

Cozy little cabin in the owner's yard. Shared bathroom/kitchen and private toilet/sink in the owner's house. The stuga is on the forest edge of the village and therefore fairly quiet. Free parking next to the stuga. A family with 2 children (7 and 12) lives in the main house but is generally at school and work during the day. Loftahammar is a nice tourist destination with various activities, including boat and bicycle rentals. Max. 2 guests.
