Sylvia was super responsive (usually responded within a few minutes). The view from the apartment is unparalleled. You can see the mountains and glaciers from the windows. Parking is very easy (on the premises).

I have spent the last three months in this apartment and can only report positive things. The apartment is excellently equipped and offers everything you need to feel good. I was particularly impressed by the great view and the excellent location. The landlords are also extremely friendly, accommodating and available at all times, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I felt completely comfortable here and I didn't miss anything. That's why I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. Thank you for this great place to stay!

Marit's place had everything we were looking for in a last-minute long weekend break. It was peaceful, had plenty of walking trails and hikes from the front door, great cafe's only minutes drive away, and beautiful surrounded by the mountains. The apartment itself was so thoughtfully designed; it contained all we needed to cook dinner each night, and big enough to deal with our wet hiking gear! It was very relaxing to enjoy the view from the balcony or from inside the apartment on the cooler nights. Despite there being two other apartments nearby, it's very private and quiet. Marit was a great host; we were delighted to find this spot and would happily return!

The apartment is in a beautiful renovated old farmhouse in rural surroundings and is very well equipped. The view over the flowering orchards of the mountains was impressive. Isi welcomed us warmly and helped us immediately with all concerns. You can either hike directly from the house or take great tours after a short drive. The region offers so much that we could only get a small impression of it. We felt comfortable in the apartment and had very nice and relaxing days!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The setting is very pleasant, between mountains and farm animals. Andreas is super responsive, offers very good homemade products and is available on a daily basis. The accommodation was very clean, functional and very pleasant as well. We highly recommend staying there!

Upon our arrival, we were very kindly received by Evelinde and her husband Dieter. The two live next door and are always approachable and very helpful. At the same time, they respect the privacy of their guests and are optimal hosts. The apartment corresponds 100% to the photos and even looks bigger than shown. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed, separated by a sliding door. The apartment is perfectly equipped, bright and super clean. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bathroom has a window and a floor-level shower. Guests have access to a terrace with garden furniture at the front door and a balcony at the back. The view of the mountains from there is fantastic. We enjoyed our stay with Evelinde and Dieter in beautiful Carinthia.

We were allowed to spend a week on holiday with Gisela and Hermann and totally enjoyed it! The hosts are exceptionally friendly, helpful and create a very pleasant, warm atmosphere – you immediately feel welcome. They give great tips about the area and have a fine sense of when you want peace and quiet and when a nice conversation is good. The apartment is sparkling clean and equipped with everything (and more) you need – you immediately notice that guests should feel comfortable here. The highlight of the apartment is the balcony with a beautiful view! On the very beautiful and well-kept property, there is a carport for cars, and there is also a colourful and great-looking garden. We felt completely comfortable! We highly recommend a stay with Gisela and Hermann - thank you :-)

We really enjoyed our stay in St. Johann – especially thanks to Elfriede and Maria, who are simply great hosts! They were super friendly, helpful and always approachable. Whether it was a small question or a request - help was provided immediately and you always had the feeling of being in good hands. The apartment was exactly as described – very nice, cozy and in a fantastic location. You can tell that a lot of love and attention to detail has gone into this. Our stay in the apartment right on the slope was simply fantastic! Upon arrival, we were thrilled with the idyllic location: It is beautifully high up and offers stunning views of the picturesque village in the valley and the surrounding mountains. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, so we could easily cook ourselves, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We particularly liked the cozy living area with fireplace, which invited us to relax. The possibility of being able to pick up fresh milk every day independently directly on site, visiting the cows and playing with the cats on site was especially great for the children. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us tips for excursions in the area. The location offers a good starting point for various activities in all seasons.

Host Christine was always available, a very positive, fun and open person. A flexible check-in and check-out. We all felt right at home. A sparkling clean apartment, WELL maintained, high-quality kitchen utensils, bathroom is completely renovated and very clean. We were welcomed with sweets and drinks. Christine is a super host, always looking for everything. The location is GREAT, there is a direct free bus to the Zettersfeldbahn lift. In the basement there is a possibility to leave the skis/ shoes etc. in a separate room. Price-performance is really great. We will definitely come more often, also for hiking and weekend trip, as there is still a small garden with sun loungers and a small pond. In short, just beautiful.

The hostess was waiting for us on arrival . The welcome was warm. The spacious apartment is top. Kitchen is completely furnished including a Nespresso machine. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. Bathroom is sufficiently spacious and the shower is pleasant. A separate toilet was definitely a plus. Location with supermarkets and drugstore within walking distance. Bus stop right at the door. Spacious private parking.

We stayed here for a week with our one year old daughter and had a great time! The apartment is large, very clean and modernly furnished. The hosts are very warm and always easily accessible. This is how AirBnB should be!

We were there with the family and with our two dogs. We had a great weekend. The place, the location and the entire package was great, there is nothing to complain about! Super dear hosts who welcomed us warmly and explained everything to us. Both my parents and our dogs felt totally comfortable. Great place to hike, ski or just relax. I can definitely recommend it to anyone, we'd love to come back :)

Our stay at Katharina’s place was nothing short of wonderful. We were looking for a peaceful get away and not only found it, but enjoyed the beautiful setting and comfortable stay. Katharina and her family were warm and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. We cannot wait to come back again!

We had a wonderful week. The cottage run by Maikel and Britt is beautiful and very well located in a medium mountain setting (1350 m) located at the foot of the Hochkönig in a bucolic and relaxing setting. Maikel and Britt are very welcoming and friendly, always present for good advice. The cottage is very clean, spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The sauna is very useful after a good walk. The village of Mühlbarch am Hochkönig is located downstairs 5 km away in a small valley in the center of many hikes and also a family ski resort. We would recommend it.

We were debating between a few places and weren’t completely sure, but we’re so glad we went with this one. The location is fantastic—lots of great hiking nearby, and the town is charming. We also had way more snow here than other spots in the area, which was a nice surprise. The place was super well-stocked with everything we needed, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The hosts were also really responsive. All in all, we had an awesome stay and can’t wait to come back.

This place was a dream. The view was gorgeous and so peaceful. The place was super cozy and so clean and beautiful. It had everything one could need including fluffy bathrobes! The hot tub was our favorite part. Easy to use and so relaxing. There were other people staying in the other apartment but we still felt like it was very private. Honestly felt like the East side apartment is the best one because of the views. If possible we would totally come here again.

Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. With a great beautiful glass sauna in the garden, from where you have a beautiful view of the mountain peaks across the valley. A wood-fired hot tub in the garden was also available. Very pleasant during an unclouded evening, with an immense starry sky above you. Unfortunately, trails were no longer available for cross-country skiing in the immediate vicinity. But with a half hour drive, there were good cross-country skiing opportunities on the public slopes in Villach, and in Slovenian Planica. For beautiful walks you didn't have to go that far. We enjoyed the week in Bach im Gailtal very much.

we wish we could give this place more than 5 stars. while GPS can be a bit confused in this area as we got lost twice, the location is so peaceful and beautiful. the property itself is stunning, very modern with great amenities. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the hot tub, the sauna and just enjoyed the beautiful view. Also the next door farm shop had some fantastic sausages and eggs for our dinner. This was the best place we have ever stayed at, and we were quite sad to check out. The hosts were also super friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area 😊
