Monthly Rentals in Flat River

This place was perfect for a week's stay. Very close to Big Rapids. In less than. 10 minutes you can be at any number of restaurants, or grocery stores. There is a gas station 1 minute away, and it's less than 10 minutes to US131 which is a straight shot to Grand Rapids, or further into Northern Michigan. The little community is quiet, and other than a couple neighbors leaving their dogs off leash, we had a great stay with our pups. It really felt like we were right at home. Arturo also keeps things well stocked. Plenty of TP, paper towel, soap/shampoo, trash bags etc. All you need to bring is food! Would 100% stay here again.

Lovely apartment on beautiful Crystal Lake, and Bonnie is wonderful! All our needs were more than met. The apartment was well supplied, very clean and modern and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here!

My Fiancé, wedding party and myself stayed here as we had our wedding in Ionia and we couldn’t have been happier! The house is beautiful and the view of the water is even better! Everything was fully stocked and Jacob was very responsive with any questions we had! We would definitely stay again!

We had a peaceful, relaxing weekend at the cottage during the month of March. It was everything we hoped for. There were great walking trails, peaceful views, and a lot of nature and quietness. In the summer, we expect that the lake would be busy, but in March, it was just what we hoped for. Good R&R!
