The flat has a lovely layout for one or two. The heating is up to snuff. What an amazing dvd and vhs collection... e.g. twin peaks on vhs, 11 tapes. Great books too, literature in French and English... comic books too -- the belgian experience. Yes, the shower and bathroom were sparkling clean. Washing machine was top-notch, and when I mentioned that I didn't have detergent Christine responded within minutes and provided a cup of it. complete privacy, felt sheltered from the street surprisingly well

Would definitely recommend! Great location and a good choice of places to eat and drink No wardrobe or bedside tables in the second bedroom but photos didn't show any-I just hadn't looked properly! There was a large flat unit thing that we put some clothes on. In March, the 'green' view was not so pretty but a nice sun trap at the rear in the morning. Well equipped modern flat and comfortable. Thought we'd set heating incorrectly but it just took longer than expected (overnight) to get from 16 to 20 degrees. Very thick/warm duvet. Would have preferred 2 pillows each but we didn't request any more- just used the blankets and cushions from the sofa. Paul was very responsive and helpful so I'm sure he would have provided some if we'd asked.

The place was ideally located, close to metro/tramway/bus lines. Very clean plus extra comforters in case we got cold. Check-in was easy and communication smooth. Overall would recommend!

We often go to Oostende and have two places that we like to book when they are available, now we have a third! Delphine's place was perfect, very comfortable, clean and welcoming. Right on the digue, we had a wonderful view of the beach and the sea beyond from the front balcony. From the back balcony, we had wonderful views of sunrises over the city. Having a view makes all the difference for us. Everything in the apartment worked fine. There were plenty of good restaurants near by and the tram stop was just a 2 minute walk. We would definitely recommend it

Very well thought out, comfortable and modern small nest. Very well equipped, this studio is extremely well designed, it has everything you need. The view is just magnificent, with a great balcony that allows you to enjoy it. The pool is a real plus and the host is very responsive and available. The wifi connection is perfect and the presence of Netflix on the TV is very appreciated. Nice discovery, we'll be back for sure😉

We only stayed one night at this Airbnb, but it was great. The accommodation is very large, very clean. Everything is available. It feels like home, and even more so thanks to the two wonderful cats present in the apartment. We'll be happy to go back again if the opportunity allows. Perfect apartment for our stay with our friends . Each couple had their own bedroom , bathroom, and dressing room . Very clean and well decorated. We will be back!

We didn't have to check in at a specific time because we were able to get in ourselves via the combination lock. The instructions for the stay were very clear and everything was exactly as described. Wout also advised us well for restaurants etc and responded very quickly. With 7 minutes by scooter/bike you are at the Groenplaats where there is plenty to do. It is a fantastic place and enjoyed us very much. I can only recommend this beautiful Airbnb, so when in doubt definitely go!

Andrè was a lovely host, was able to check in early. Answered requests quickly. Were so kind and helpful, even ordering a taxi. I also took a gentle yoga class at their studio. Would recomend, peaceful and beautiful.

Highly recommended! We had a very nice time in this beautiful house. Beautiful location between the meadows and yet within walking distance of a nice coffee shop and bakery. The contact with Kristof was also very pleasant. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful cottage in a great location. Everything was perfectly fine. Communication with Rik went very smoothly. We enjoyed it and will be happy to go back.

We stayed here for a two day team retreat. The house is lovely and extremely clean. It was sunny and we had a pleasant afternoon meeting on the beautiful top terrace. The location is in the Brussels quarter where you can find restaurants etc. It is also close to metros that can take you to the city centre very quickly. The host team were extremely responsive and took care to check in on us throughout the stay and do what they could to accommodate us. We even had a misunderstanding about the number of beds and they had a team come right away and set up the extra bed/sofa bed.

This is a beautifully remodeled, spacious and very clean row house. It is in a quiet area, about a ten minute Uber to the heart of Brussels. The beds were extremely comfortable and my family of 5 was very happy here for 4 nights. My young adult children especially appreciated the home gym. A few things to be aware of: there are a total of 5 flights of stairs including the lowest level where the gym is, with 2 of the bedrooms and a full bath located on the top level. This didn’t bother us at all, but is a consideration for accessibility reasons. Also, while the house was spotless and uncluttered, it’s clear that people live here at least part-time. There are personal items stashed throughout the house - mostly out of sight. This didn’t bother us too much but is something to be aware of. All in all a great stay and we’d definitely return!

I would come back every weekend if I only could 💙 me and my international group had the best time possible and we felt like in a movie! strongly recommended!
