In the months Jan-April the famous Lofot fishing is ongoing, and you can experience this fishing at Ballstad, which is one of Lofoten's largest and most abundant fishing village.

Rorbuen is located Idyllically on Gjermesøy, outside Ballstad, which is an active fishing village today. Completed in 2018, modern, high standard and plenty of room. Nearby, there are many great hiking areas. Possibility of bike tours, excursions with local fishing boat, Stand Up Paddleboarding, Kayak tours, Restaurants, Pub etc. The place is in the middle of Lofoten with 1 hour drive to Å in the west and Svolvær in the east. My container house is located in Ramberg /Flakstad, only 30 minutes from Leknes airport, the house sits on a large property on the tip of a peninsula with panoramic views of the open ocean. Its a mini house build of a container . The house is new and built to the highest standard with heated floors throughout. You can see the northern lights from the bed. Kitchen and a nice bathroom. Hot tub, you need to bring with you wood. Working only in the summer. Sauna with a big window ( electric)

Best location in Hamnøy One guests feedback requires an explanation: My 5 guests from Asia complained that the hot water ran out when showering. This is the first time in the 180 feedbacks I have received. I explained that there is 200 liters of hot water, once this is used up it takes 30 minutes to heat up again. If all the guests shower for a very long time and right after each other, you have to wait 30 minutes for new hot water.
