Newly renovated and cozy 42 sqm apartment centrally located in Gravdal. In recent years, it has been upgraded with a new bathroom with underfloor heating, a newer kitchen and newer ceilings in the living room and bedroom. The apartment is fully furnished with an equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom. In the hallway between the bedroom and the kitchen there is a fridge and a separate freezer. It is about 80-100 m to the nearest bus stop, and of course there are parking options outside the apartment if you have a car.

På Gravdal er det en dagligvarebutikk, bensinstasjon og koselig kafe Sjokoladerommet. Ellers så er det vakre familivennelige turer i området og på Gravdal nedenfor kirken er det fine bukter/strender man kan sole seg og bade på fine dager. Det er også fint å sykle i området.
