Beachfront holiday rental in Fiumicino

My family and I stayed at Marilena's just for one night because we had an early flight out of FCO airport. my wife and I were traveling with three kids under six. this was the first and only day that we did not have a car to get around. We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment. it was very simple and easy to do. It was very easy to access the apartment. the host had perfect instructions. We came on a bank holiday so there was not a lot of choices available. However, Marilena's suggestions were all amazing. we ended up going to a restaurant in Fiumicino city called Cielo. wow this place was amazing. service and food was amazing. The apartment we stayed at had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and host gave us a welcome kit that was so kind. We felt very safe and it was nice that the location was only 10 min from the airport. thank you for everything Marilena!

We only stayed at Matteo’s place for one night but we enjoyed our stay. He was very clear on instructions on how to get in and find everything we needed. It’s a great location! Directly across the beach and really close to the airport (which is why we chose it)

New and well-furnished accommodation. Everything is very functional and close to the sea and beach with easy parking. Alice is very kind and always ready to help. Thanks again, we'll be back soon.

We stayed in this apartment and were very satisfied! The owner was very kind, responded immediately to all our messages and responded to every request. The location is perfect: close to the sea, public transportation, and shops. Everything was comfortable and pleasant. We recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Daniela was a fantastic host. We felt very at home and she showed us around all the amenities. The apartment was lovely, especially with the addition of the shared sea view rooftop terrace. The bicycles provided were great for getting around Fregene to see all the different beaches. Everything was perfect, apart from a small ant problem. Would definitely reccomend!

Great stay at the property. I preferred to stay outside Rome and pay daily visits. The season was still off, but I could find anything I needed. Overall, a good experience for a family of 5.

The apartment is as described. Very large for 2 people, but another 8 people could come to visit and also stay overnight. The view from the breakfast table or from the roof terrace to the Mediterranean is fantastic. The sun protection on the roof terrace is certainly repaired again for the season. Likewise, the 2nd refrigerator, as already mentioned in a previous review. Location is good We can recommend the marina with many small restaurants and shops. Caution: Behind the marina (up to the Tiber) is not necessarily suitable for tourists. Italians warned us about this. It is far enough away from the beautiful apartment...the walk to the harbour takes about 30 minutes along the promenade. A smaller supermarket is about 600 m from the apartment. We would book again. Last tip: An Amazon stick or similar could help... otherwise only Italian television... on both devices. Ciao

Wonderful stay in Ladispoli! We had an unforgettable stay in Ladispoli and this place exceeded all our expectations! The apartment was perfectly located — just a few minutes walk from the beach and local restaurants. Very cozy, clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any questions. Ladispoli is a wonderful place to relax, with its picturesque streets, beautiful beaches and a cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment, whether it's walking around the city or spending time on the beach. In the evening it was possible to enjoy great Italian cuisine in the local restaurants. What is especially convenient — Ladispoli is ideally located if you plan to visit Rome. Very easy access to transport (trains, buses), which makes it an excellent base for daily trips to the capital. We rented a car and easily reached Rome, enjoying both the city and a relaxing holiday! Our best recommendation!

VACATION BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR 2024/25. WONDERFUL CHALET WITH COZY ATMOSPHERE, DESPITE THE SEASON WE HAD THE GREAT LUCK WITH OUR DOGS TO ENJOY SOME SUN! WE FOUND ROSA AND ANGELO COMPLETELY UNCOMPLICATED. BOTH EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, ALWAYS HAVE A CHAT. WE REALLY ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH, AND PROMISED ANGELO WE WILL COME BACK... THE CABIN JUST HAS EVERYTHING IT NEEDS, AND WE KNEW VERY MUCH, THE PRIVACY BEACH AT THE LAKE....GREAT VIEWS AND GREAT PANORAMA. We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

We felt very comfortable in Federico's house! It offers enough space for a family of 4 and it has everything you need. Federico is very helpful, straightforward and generous. We were allowed to use all amenities and felt very comfortable. We can recommend the cottage without reservation!

Great location in Ladispoli. Nice and quiet, but only a short walk to the centre. Claudio met me on arrival to show me the property, which was superb. I will be staying here on my next visits and would highly recommend it.

Close to a public beach (400m) and airport (about 5km on foot), supermarket about 500m, poor public transport connection to the centre of Rome, at least 2 transfers, taxi price about 55 EUR

This house was the highlight of our trip! It was absolutely perfect, comfortable, clean and beautiful right on the beach. It is the perfect place to relax before or after being on an airplane. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, making the check in process easy, giving us local recommendations, and making us feel welcome.

Valerio was a great host! The air bnb is in a very cute neighbourhood close to the airport however be aware it is a little more difficult to get into the centre of rome if you would like to take public transportation. Many beaches very nearby and huge apartment for a great very value! Would return!

Great apartment in the heart of all the action in Ostia. Right across the street from the beach. Many restaurants all around. Great location for airport and the city of Rome with train close by. Would recommend it highly.

Manuel’s place was a good place to stay with one other person. It was easy to enter the building and the room was very clean. The host even accommodated our needs for a taxi pick up to the airport. The snacks and were a bonus too!

One of the best apartments we have stayed in and exactly like the photographs 🤩 The sea view from the bedroom balcony is amazing, and tje apartment is a great escape to the beach after visiting Rome itself. Very helpful staff at reception, who also arranged a transfer for us back to the airport. Would highly recommend and will definately stay again when next in Lido di Ostia👌😊
