Holiday rentals with a patio in Fitzroy North

We absolutely loved our stay at Simon’s place – it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the MCG and only five minutes to Fitzroy Gardens. Just a quick stroll to IGA for everyday essentials, or a slightly longer but easy walk into the city for Coles and Woolworths. Being so close to the free tram zone made getting around and exploring Melbourne convenient. The apartment itself is stunning –, stylish yet uncluttered, warm and cozy during the winter months. It had the basic essentials, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine was an added bonus! It was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor patio during our visit; it’s clearly well set up with a BBQ and outdoor seating. Communication with the cohosts, Mark and MJ, was excellent from start to finish. They made everything smooth and easy. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and are already looking forward to returning to this gorgeous apartment in the future! Thanks again!

Crystal's place was exactly as described so you can rest assured that the reviews are an accurate reflection also. Location is great for exploring the inner north and easy access to the city. The apartment was clean with easy access and good wifi. Having a designated underground car park was great, as was having a bath, which can be difficult to find in innercity apartments. Crystal was very good to communicate with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place :)

We loved staying at Louise' place! First up it was very easy to get to by car, right up to the secure underground parking with a parking space just metres from the lift making for easy unpacking. The place was delightful and one word: cosy! Cozy couch, cozy bedroom, cost bathroom towel warmers. Louise wrote the cozy brief and set the benchmark! Location is great for visiting friends in north Melbourne and close enough to the CBD while maintaining serene surrounds. So all in all perfect 5 stars for our trip! And the extra touches like supplied milk, already cooled bottle of water and thoughtful recommendations from Louise were perfect!

Great location with easy secure parking, amenities at the property are excellent along with the city views. Check in instructions are very clear and easy.

Nice, private apartment within charming Melbourne neighbourhood. Beside the Yarra River and State Park, close to shops, train line and great dining choices.

Imogen's place was warm, quiet, clean and very comfortable. It was close to the Fairfield Station and to the local shopping centre. I appreciated the great communication and entry was easy. I really enjoyed staying there and would certainly go back agaun.

Comfy beds; hot showers; carpeted stairs; fully-equipped kitchen; bright & spacious living areas; washer, dryer & outdoor clothesline; wonderful supply of kids’ toys.. Convenient location, near eateries, cafes, shops, playground, transit links.. Would love to return!

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Melbourne! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area was the perfect spot to relax after exploring the city. The location was ideal — close to public transport, cafes, restaurants, and some fantastic local spots. It made getting around Melbourne a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which made us feel right at home. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Ange’s place was the perfect spot for us during our stay in Melbourne. Comfortable beds. Lovely gardens and a short walk to the tram that is direct to the city. Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Such an amazing place to stay. The room is exactly as same as picture. It’s extremely clean, close to CBD train station, and there are many restaurants around.

Perfect location for where we wanted to be. We appreciated having parking and yet walked everywhere as there’s some excellent walking paths nearby. Immaculately presented and very well organised. All amenities provided were of high quality. Vanessa provided excellent, detailed instructions on how to collect the keys, access parking etc which ensured we had no problems at all.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Karin was very helpful, flexible and responsive as we booked this Airbnb for a colleague who was staying for a local event. He and his family loved the space and he kept raving about the whole building and accommodation as well. The location was perfect as we chose it due to the closeness to the event space. So it worked out perfectly and we would book it again next year!

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
