Holiday rentals with a patio in Fiskardo

Είχαμε μια εξαιρετική διαμονή στον χώρο. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και ιδανικό για ένα ζευγάρι. Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα το εύκολο και ιδιωτικό παρκινγκ δίπλα στον χώρο.Οι οικοδεσπότες ηταν ευγενεστατοι και μας εκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε.

This is an architectural gem of a place, beautiful interiors combining traditional stone with contemporay interior design. The house manager Vaios was most helpful from the moment we arrived at the airport to explaining all the features and local area. The cleaning is excellent from the pool to inside and always smelt fresh, with clean towels and linen every two days. This is such a great place to chill, with a spectacular view of the Ionian across to the Peloponnese mainland. Xygia beach below has new sunbeds and was a quiet and relxing place for our morning swim. The Taverna above is just 50m from the apartment and serves fabulous food morning to night. The portions are huge and run by the lovliest, friendly family. The roads were surprisingly quiet and it is very easy to circumnavigate the island. We enjoyed Daphne beach in the marine park for a trip South but for us the North of the island was just perfect and unspoilt. We would highly recommend and hope to return some time soon.

The most modern accomodation you can get on the island, the apartment is brand new, spotless clean with amazing facilities and location. Super comfy bed and very quiet area that has a beautiful view from its spacious balcony. Our host went above and beyond to welcome us with a full overview of the top spots to visit, made us feel special. This is the best accommodation you can book, highly recommended.

Marianna and her mom Soula are truly amazing people—so kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We absolutely loved the cozy place—it was charming, comfortable, and had everything we needed. And the location couldn’t have been better—just a 2-minute walk to one of the best beaches we’ve ever been to! We’re so grateful to Marianna and Soula for sharing their beautiful home with us. It was such a special stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I immediately booked 4 more nights after my first night. Markos and his family are the gold standard of hosts.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Apartment von Makis gefühlt. Beim Check-In war seine Mutter vor Ort und hat uns freundlich empfangen. Im Allgemeinen war das Apartment sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage.

Great location, spacious apartment and very responsive host. near the shops and restaurants. pretty hot given the fact the apartment it's on the last floor and you have to keep the AC on. we recommend this place☺️

We hadden een heerlijke vakantie in onze art studio, iedere dag wakker worden met dat uitzicht! Alles is aanwezig. Pannajota was die week onze gastvrouw, omdat Francesca en Dimitri er niet waren. We werden erg verwend door Panajota met alle ontbijtjes, was erg gezellig. Francesca belde ons wel nu en dan of alles oké was. Nicole gaf ons allerlei tips op t eiland. Dus we voelden ons zeer verzorgt. Prima bedden, heerlijk geslapen! Centraal gelegen op het eiland, alles is binnen ca een uur met de auto bereikbaar. Kefalonie is prachtig en erg groen en erg blauw!

Ons verblijf in het huis van Harel was fantastisch. Veel privacy, mogelijkheden om zowel in de schaduw als in de zon te zitten. Comfortabele woning, gezellig ingericht. Alles was aanwezig zoals in de advertentie. Het uitzicht van af het terras was misschien wel het mooiste van de woning. Toegang tot het strand op loopafstand via een trap met een behoorlijk aantal treden. Hier ook een aantal restaurantjes. Kortom een aanrader als je in Vasiliki wilt verblijven.

This place is fabulous. The accommodation is almost new and kept to a high standard. That view Wow! It’s difficult to prise yourself away from the Villa as it’s so comfortable sitting by the pool, soaking up the sun and having such a lovely villa with all of its amenities to hand. Kostas and Tammy are lovely friendly people, they were responsive and Kostas met us in the village upon arrival ( 2mins away) as finding the Villa would have otherwise been tricky. It’s up a hill and a good walk to the nearest bar / restaurant, so we found a car essential. Kostas recommended a local car hire company and they were fabulous 👍. Alan the cat is a bonus , so friendly , we felt obliged to keep him nourished. He’s not allowed inside the Villa but he is in no way a nuisance, just a lovely character. There are many bars and restaurants, some on the beach front and some in the village. Again car essential ( or local taxi). I would highly recommend this accommodation 👍

Amazing property! Loved the architecture and design of the place - tasteful decor. Enjoyed our stay here basking in the sun by the pool. Spacious rooms with lots of storage space - bathroom in each room was a huge bonus. Overall loved everything about the property and the host was very friendly and helpful.

What an amazing place!! Cannot wait to return…Kefalonia and the villa was amazing. The villa is even better than the pictures. Really clean, modern, private and relaxing. Great location for exploring the island. Pantelis provided lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit. The cleaner also provided a wonderful service and worked really hard keeping all four villas in pristine condition. There’s a lovely little beach 5 minutes walk from the villa. Argostoli capital is a 15 minute drive away and is a lovely place to visit, head down there early and see the fisherman feed the turtles. We fell in love with Kefalonia and the villa and would definitely return.

Mom and I felt right at home from minute one. Marianna and her daughter Christina checked on us every couple of days to offer light hospitality / house cleaning that was included in the price. Nidri was a walkable distance away (less than 30 min) or an easy 5 minute drive. Close enough to beaches, markets, cafes, restaurants but far enough away further up the hill from Nidri to offer peace and quiet to those wanting it. We were happy to lounge by the pool or venture off to Lefkada Town or the west side of island within a relatively short drive. Happily recommend to anyone considering a quieter relaxing stay. Definitely returning. Thank you for a great stay!

Can’t recommend Theodoros’ place highly enough - a little slice of paradise short drive from the charming town of Vasiliki. George was fantastic, so proactive and attentive whenever we needed anything and made us feel so welcome and looked after our entire stay and went above and beyond. Have to mention the view. It does not get old - the pictures here were pretty spectacular but the view is truly breathtaking!!! We were a little hesitant to book due to the limited info/pictures so glad we did. We can’t wait to come back 💕

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Orianthis Beach House. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer, man überquert wirklich nur eine kleine Straße und ist schon am Strand. Dieser ist wunderschön und recht ruhig, bietet aber viele Möglichkeiten, für wenig Geld eine Liege zu mieten, was aber nicht nötig ist, denn man kann auch im Garten der Unterkunft bleiben und von dort die Aussicht auf das Meer genießen. Kinder haben hier eine kleine Schaukelanlage und genügend Schatten. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es hat zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder und ein großes Wohnzimmer. In der Küche könnte es etwas mehr Auswahl an Geschirr und Kochutensilien geben, das Wesentliche ist aber vorhanden! Wir haben die Gastgeber zwar nicht persönlich getroffen, aber Chara hat sich sehr freundlich per Telefon bei uns erkundigt, uns Tipps für Kefalonia gegeben und stand bei Fragen jederzeit parat. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt, perfekt für Familien!

Perfect place to stay while visiting Argostoli. Plenty of parking available (in May) and everything in town is accessible by foot (cafés, restaurants, markets etc). The place was really clean and comfortable. Kitchen filled with everything one may need. We got a warm welcome and host was available anytime.

Studioul este modern, curat, amenajat cu multă atenție la detalii, cu toate dotările necesare și arată exact ca în fotografii. Se află la 5 minute cu mașina, sau 20 de minute de mers pe jos de centrul frumoasei capitale Argostoli, pe o străduță liniștita și dispune de loc de parcare. În curtea clădirii sunt plantați lămâi care dau o notă plăcută locației. Gazda este super primitoare, atenta și ne-a întrebat în permanență cu ce ne poate ajuta. Accesul în locație este foarte ușor și de asemenea indicațiile pentru găsirea ei au fost prompte și eficiente. Ne-am simțit foarte bine, recomandăm cu toată încrederea cazarea oferită de Mery și ne dorim să revenim cat mai curând posibil. Mulțumim Mery pentru tot !

Appartamentino di recente ristrutturazione, molto carino, posto al secondo piano di una palazzina a 3 piani. Anche se a volte rumoroso per via della strada sottostante, c'è un balcone spazioso per prendere il caffè la mattina. Alexandra e Fotis molto cordiali e disponibili a dare suggerimenti sui posti più interessanti dell'isola. Molto utile il posto auto privato e al coperto. Posizione ottima, vicina al porto, stazione bus e strada principale di Zakynthos.

Het appartement ligt midden in de stad, er is veel te doen en op 3 minuten lopen is een heel leuk pleintje met genoeg restaurants. Het appartement heeft goede airco en goede bedden. We hebben echt heel erg genoten. Ook is er een wasmachine wat erg fijn is. Het balkon is heel groot en er is een mooie tafel buiten waar je met genoeg mensen aan kan zitten.

Great location conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Property and amenities were as advertised, and apartment had a high-end feel. Very roomy bathroom and shower as well. Host was extremely responsive when a minor issue came up, which was solved immediately. Two things to be aware of: the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom and balcony was tight and may not be ideal for someone with limited mobility; and the mattresses were extremely firm. Overall, a great experience. Thanks very much!

We were welcomed by Marina who was very helpful, informative and available at all times. The pool was beautifully clean and the water was warm for early June. Marina kindly brought us breakfast of a drink and croissant on our first morning which was very unexpected but appreciated! We would recommend Eagle Nest Studios for a stay in Lourdata.

Joy is absolutely an amazing host! She was so warm and welcoming it really felt like I was visiting family. Her property is breath taking all around. Favorite things include: The air conditioner working exceptionally well after a hot day outside lol. The view was spectacular and the pool was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious! The property is close enough to a small mini market as well as the beach and all the beach side restaurants. Joy ordered laundry service for a small cost that was greatly appreciated! Daily room cleaning and fresh linens. The property was quiet and peaceful!

Schöner kann man sich eine Unterkunft gar nicht vorstellen. Die beiden sind zauberhaft, flexibel, so gastfreundlich, erfüllen einem jeden Wunsch und sind jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die traumhafte Zeit auf der bezaubernden Insel!!
