Monthly Rentals in Fish Bay

Pink pineapples and bananas, out there but close enough, have a car or a rental, we were nighttime restaurant people but this Place put us right on island time. Loved the outdoor kitchen and environment. We “HAD!” To extend our stay 3 nights. St. John is, just come see. Definitely not a resort & no tourist. After doing it all every which way, pray I do it this way again. Thank you so much. Word of advice talk to Cory Lynn, very intelligent and offers great advice. We hope to be back soon. We really enjoyed our time here, which was a short drive from CRUZ BAY and not difficult to navigate to using Google Maps. This unit was a peaceful and comfortable place to come back to after a day of hiking and snorkeling, and the accommodations were simple but perfectly sufficient for our needs. The very friendly Peter the house cat welcomed us back every day, and we loved hearing the symphony of nature sounds at night on the front porch. The A/C and ceiling fans in the unit kept us cool and sleeping well. We made dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. The washer/dryer and beach chairs were convenient to have access to. There were a few instances of brief power outages and loss of water pressure in the shower, but travelers to USVI should expect this from time to time as part of life on the island. The important thing is Tina and Joe took care to quickly address anything that came up and it never affected the enjoyment of our stay. We'd love to come back someday.

Such a wonderful place to stay and experience in St John. There was literally everything I needed and more for the trip. There were pots and pans to cook with, dishes and silverware to eat, salt for my food, a water machine to drink from and even nice already made in the freezer. The bed was super comfortable and there was even an iron for my clothes. There was shampoo and body wash in the shower and ac and fans to keep me cool. Communication with Annie was very timely. Annie was super nice and even gave me a ride to and from the ferry terminal. Would stay here again if I ever visited.

We had a wonderful vacation! From the beginning and throughout the vacation, the owner was very responsive and communicated well. I loved how the house was designed. It was very peaceful and relaxing with plenty of room for 8 adults and breathtaking views from all areas of the house. One of my favorite things was having family dinners at the dining room table in the breezeway outside. During the week that we were there, my family and I went to several beaches, drove around the island, tried different restaurants, went shopping, had an in Villa massage, and we rented a boat for half of a day. Everything was within 5 to 20 minutes driving distance from the Villa. This has nothing to do with the house and more of a St. John thing, I do recommend bringing bug spray and anti-itch cream because there are mosquitoes and other bugs that bite. We 100% recommend this Villa and location and we would definitely stay at the Villa again!
