Topplek om hier wakker te worden, het geeft veel rust en om ieder moment het zwembad in te kunnen geeft je een grote voldoening. Veel ruimte, veel slaapkamers, een ideale plek om met een groot gezin of meerdere gezinnen te komen. Zeker de moeite waard voor een volgende keer!!

Eine komplette Ruheoase. Man ist vom Alltagsstress und von nervigen Menschen komplett geschont. Man ist lückenlos Privat. Falls sogar einheimischer vorbei fahren/gehen, können sie trotzdem nichts sehen. Das Haus und die Umgebung ist einfach ein Traum. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen für die die gerne ihre Privatsphäre schützen möchten und etwas die Natur lieben. Man könnte die Küchenutensilien etwas erweitern aber man kann trotz dessen super Kochen. Wir waren 5 Tage dort, ich wünschte wir könnten länger bleiben können. Herr Tarkan war sehr Hilfsbereit und war jederzeit erreichbar. Das Pool war total sauber und wunderschön. Lange rede kurzer Sinn, ich empfehle es absolut weiter.

We had an amazing 5-night stay at Osman's place. There's a lot to visit around, within 20-30 mins by car. The nearest beach is 10 mins ride away. The big MM Migros is just 5 mins ride away, in the centre of Kumluca. The villa is very big, surrounded by beautiful orange trees, very private and relaxing. Definitely a 5-star recommendation!

Нам понравился дом, он красивый, аутентичный, присутствует множество ярких деталей приятных глазу. в спальнях кондиционеры, что очень спасало в жару, также кондиционер в гостиной, где тоже проводили много времени, техника, которой пользовались была исправна (стиральная машинка, чайник и другое), но по приезду присутствовал запах старины, который за ночь выветрился. только один нормально функционирующий душ, нас было четверо, поэтому долго ждать не приходилось. Рядом есть смотровая площадка, буквально в 30 минутах ходьбы. Красивый вид с террасы на гору и город. Нужно учитывать тот факт, что без машины до него сложно добраться из города и когда заказывали еду на дом, все курьеры не могли его сразу же найти, поэтому будьте готовы, что придется с ними общаться, и не всегда на английском. С заселением и выселением никаких проблем не возникло. В целом приятное ощущение как из детства, что приехал к бабушке в деревню. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

This was the third airbnb house we stayed in during our southwestern Turkiye trip. This house was, by far, the best accommodation during our trip. The house was very clean and very well equipped. Mr. Kadir was an amazing host. He was very pro-active, very caring, and truly interested in our comfort and well-being. We strongly recommend this house.

A lovely villa exactly what how it was described. In a private location, good sized rooms. Excellent communal area facing the pool. Each bedroom was well equipped with very effective AC which was vital to cope with the heat. During our stay temp rose to 38•C. However the key highlight of villa was the deep pool. Me and my family spent most of our day in the pool cooling off. No real problems any small niggles were immediately remediated. Well done to Hilary and her team. I would highly re recommend!

This apartment is nothing short of sensational value for money. We stayed 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! The views are stunning, the apartment feels private somehow even though there are a couple of others nearby. The pool offered plenty of fun for the kids. The apartment was very spacious in all areas (except the kitchenette which was slightly small but we managed) and very clean. Excellent hot water pressure! The balcony with views of the Mediterranean really made this place, plus the quietness. It’s only a small 5 minute drive to the heart of Kas which was exactly what we wanted, close enough for exploring but a few minutes out of the busyness. Highly recommend this place and it’s lovely host Şahin :)

Vacanta noastra in Kas a fost minunata, cazarea a fost curata, echipata cu tot ce am avut nevoie. Cazarea este aproape de centru, doar ca este o rampă destul de mare care trebuie urcata pentru a ajunge la cazare.

Tunay bey çok ilgiliydi. Evin iki kliması ve iki duşunun olması bizi çok rahatlattı. Akşamları salıncak ve masa bulunan bahçesinde zaman geçirmek çok keyifli.

Very nice place , wonderful sea view in the balcony , close to the center

The apartment is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the centre of Kas and not too high into the hill to make the walk hard, but high enough that the view from the balcony is outstanding. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The living room was comfortable and a good place to hang out in, as the weather during our stay was a bit cold. We would definitely return if we visit Kas again.

Ev konusuna gelirsek, evi kullanma amacınızı belirlemeniz gerek. 3 gün süre zarfında 1 defa havuza girdik. Biz sabah çok erken saatlerde evden çıkıp çok geç saatlerde eve geldiğimiz için amacımıza uygundu. Evi sadece yatmak ve duş için kullandık. Bunun haricinde biz bu evi tutalım sürekli şehir merkezine gidip, geliriz vs derseniz zorlanırsınız. Şehir merkezine 10-12 kilometre uzaklıkta. Yakınında hiçbir market yok, merkezden alışveriş yapıp gitmeniz gerekmekte. Biz tüm yemekleri evde yapacağız derseniz eğer yanınızda su bardağınızı tavanızı götürmeniz gerekebilir. Tekrar ediyorum amacınız sabah evden çıkıp akşama kadar kaş merkezde vb yerlerde gezip eve gelmek ve duş alıp uyumak ise ev çok güzel. Ev sahipleri çok tatlı, ev gayet temiz, ve güzel. Tekrardan rıza bey ve ailesine teşekkür ediyorum 🙂

This unit is on the second floor. There are two flights of stairs, plus three more stairs. The unit has three windows, and a sliding glass door. All windows and the door have lovely views. The location is out of town. If you have a car that's no problem as the roads are in good condition, plus there's off road parking. I did not use the bus, but the bus stop is directly across the street adjacent to the "camouflaged" dumpster. You will know it when you see it. Driving into Kas is quite straightforward, as long as you DON'T enter town from the top. That's a crazy route! I suggest avoiding it. The drive between Kas and Kalkan is spectacular. I preferred the restaurants in Kalkan, especially Zircus Kalkan. The food is great and the atmosphere is world class. Also, Migros supermarket in Kalkan is quite easy to access and has off street parking, although the lot is tight. I highly recommend this unit. The views are sublime and, in my opinion, beat being in town.

Eine ganz besondere Unterkunft für diejenigen die gerne umgeben von Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen ein paar ruhige Tage verbringen möchten. Der eigentliche Luxus des Hauses ist seine unglaubliche Größe und die Größe seiner vielen Zimmer. Allein der Wohnraum ist deutlich größer als viele Doppelzimmer in einem Hotel. Es empfiehlt sich das Frühstück direkt zwischen den Orangen und Zitronenbäume zu genießen. Dies bietet sich auch deshalb an, weil es von der Küche eine direkte Verbindung nach draußen gibt. Der Weg zum Strand oder in die Berge ist mit ca. 20 Minuten etwa gleich weit und beides lohnt sich unbedingt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr nett und er reagiert äußerst schnell und hilfreich auf Fragen. Das einzig unangenehme war der Moment an dem wir diesen schönen Ort verlassen mussten.

The Airbnb of my dreams. The house is fantastic — large, comfortable, beautifully set and private. It's filled with useful amenities, such as kitchen supplies, games, anything you might need. The location is great. Less than 90 minutes drive to Antalya and easy drive to a lot of nearby attractions such as Olympos, but it is in a very area away from tourist traffic. The beach is a fairly long walk away, but it's doable. There are enough restaurants and shops nearby. The host is wonderful. Always quick to respond, and takes the initiative. Generous and helpful. Highly recommended!

House is great. It is very well equipped and clean. But the most important thing is the terrace and the view. It is even difficult to explain how beautiful the view from the house is. The area around is very quiet. You can hear only the sea and the birds (and in our case rain;). And the plants around… unbelieveble. The access to the rocky beach is an amazing thing. The beach seems to be shared with 2 other houses. It is true what other people wrote that some people don’t respect the fact that this is a private area and they are coming above the gate to catch fish. But it didn’t bother us at all. It was maybe 2-3 people per day, so not a crowd;). We loved it there and we already made a reservation for the next time.

Villa Libelle og gjestevennligheten til Cüneyt har vært fantastisk. Vi hadde et fredelig opphold med god privatliv til andre villaer i området. Utsikten er helt magisk både på dagtid og kveldstid. Villaen var romslig og stort. Godt med plass til hele familien. Det var godt ustyrt i kjøkkenet med alt fra kaffemaskiner til toastmaskiner etc. Villaen har også godt med sitteplasser inne og ute som gjør det veldig koselig med familie og venner. Klima i alle rom har vært livredder. Sist men ikke minst kan vi nevne privat brygge som har vært helt fantastisk. Veien ned og opp er noe krevende og slitsom, men definitivt et stort pluss for at vi valgte denne villaen.

6 kişi konakladık. Ev temizdi. Havuz ve bahçe çok güzel, çocuk odası işimizi kolaylaştırdı. İlgilenen Aysel hanım çok yardımcı oldu. Önerisiyle tekne turu yaptık, çok beğendik. Yine tercih edebileceğim bir ev. Teşekkürler

Yılbaşı öncesi güzel bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Temiz havanın ve doğanın tadını çıkartmak için süper bir yer. Durali bey giriş çıkış ve konaklama esnasında her sorumuza yanıt verdi ve yardımcı oldu. Akşam üzeri yürüyüşler yaptık ve yılın bu zamanları ortaya çıkan yerel mantarlardan topladık ve yedik.(Durali bey bu konuda bize bilgilendirme yaptı) Antalya merkeze çok yakın olması nedeniyle daha çok tercih edeceğimizi düşünüyoruz. Her şey için teşekkürler
