The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. A spacious apartment awaits you on the lower ground floor. Very quiet location near the S-Bahn (10-minute walk). From here you can reach Stuttgart city center, the exhibition grounds and the airport. The apartment consists of a bright living room and bedroom with a double bed, couch and TV. It has a small kitchen in the entrance area and a private bathroom. From the living room you come to your own small terrace in the garden. The apartment has its own entrance and parking space.

Enjoy your stay in a beautiful duplex apartment in the semi-mountainous area of Stuttgart. It is fully furnished and optimally equipped with cooking facilities as well as the necessary utensils.
