The contact with Sakis went perfectly. He was very thoughtful, friendly and always quick to respond. He also gave us lots of tips about the area. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of cold wine and other refreshments. The accommodation corresponded completely to the photos and it has a lovely garden to relax completely. For us (peace seekers) the perfect base to explore Chalkidiki.

We had a wonderful time in Adam's apartment in Kallithea in September 2024 and can fully recommend this domicile. The location is ideal – quiet but still close to the center and the beautiful beaches of Kallithea. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is nearby: restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. The apartment itself is very tastefully decorated and well equipped. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail with which Adam leads the apartment. The kitchen offers everything you need for cooking, but we were outside to eat, but the cozy balcony invites you to end the evening with a glass of wine. My wife and I stayed at Athina's with our 5 & 6 year old boys for 4 nights. The villa was very nice, accommodating, clean and maintained with a very large garden, surrounded by a beautiful forrest. I would clearly recommend this place to a friend. We had some logistics issues because of flight delays and the host was very friendly and helpful. Bear in mind that there aren't many places in walkable distance and I'd clearly recommend having a car.
