The house is located in a beautiful hill overlooking the mountain of Cetona and the valley. It has a private garden from which opens the view of the pool (shared with other 4 apartments ) and the park surrounded by a laurel grove and other secular old trees. Inside there is the kitchen, a beautiful living room with exposed beams, walls in typical Tuscan stone and a large fireplace. On the first floor there are 3 rooms and the bathroom with a big shower. Inside, in a 40 sqm space, there is a double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.

The rooms are bright and furnished in Tuscan style, with old restored family furniture combined with contemporary elements. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment is surrounded on all sides by a large garden, so that all rooms boast a beautiful view of the countryside.
