Monthly Rentals in Fig Tree

We loved our stay the last two weeks. We had a home from home with all the amenities we needed- washing machine, iron etc. The apartment is lovely and the huge veranda is incredible with sun until just after lunchtime! Lovely view of the sunrise in the mornings too. The hosts were very responsive to our needs and a couple of issues we had. Aside from this we loved our stay and would definitely stay again in future. Easy parking and easy access. Pool cold but in the sunshine all day so nice to dip in to cool off. The dual aspect windows (floor to ceiling) in the apartment absolutely add to the atmosphere, it’s the best apartment in the whole complex for this reason with the only veranda that size!

We had a great time staying at the place. Great location, quiet and yet the restaurants were quick to reach. One of the best promenades I've seen so far. Absolutely recommended!

I'm very happy with my stay. The apartment exceeded my expectations. You can see the sea from each bedroom. The neighborhood is wonderful, perfect for relaxing and walking. However, it should be remembered that in winter there are very few shops, bars and restaurants ( even though there is an open information in google). However, if I were to book, it's only in Protaras.

We had a wonderful time in Demos's magnificent apartment. It is fully equipped and very convenient to live in. Our preferred place is the beautiful terrace with a fantastic view. The photos and description are 100% accurate. We will come back for sure.
