Lorena is very available. The house is very nice, the breakfasts on the terrace in the sun were very nice. A great sense of freedom especially for children who can walk in the "village" which is 100% pedestrian. Note that access to the house is on foot (less than 5 minutes from the parking lot). We recommend it for rejuvenation!

The holiday home was a real stroke of luck for us as a family of 5! Fenced, with pool and large garden, table tennis table, fireplace... there was something for everyone. The amenities match the description. Just an hour after our arrival, I booked our next holiday here, we liked it so much. Despite the heat, you can always find a shady spot on the large veranda. The outdoor shower was great, so the children could simply be rinsed off quickly in the evening without much effort. A little tip for all those who need it dark to sleep: take the smaller room right next to the bathroom 😉 The house is a bit "hidden" at the end of a cul-de-sac, but was easy to find thanks to Ilaria's description (thank you!!!). The only drawback is the road, which you can hear very loudly, especially at night when everything is quiet. Ilaria gave us many great tips for excursions in the area and was very friendly and helpful. Thank you, we'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay in Laura's house very much. We had a very warm welcome, which was made even better by the welcome gift we received and the tips for things to do in the immidiate area. After settling inside we wandered in the huge garden, were we were treated by am amazing view over the sea by Viareggio. All amenities inside the home were provided, and parking near Laura's own home was easy and safe. When we had an emergency regarding a doctor's visit, Laura was fast to arrange an appointment with her family doctor. Grande! Laura, thanks again for hosting us. We stayed at Alessandro’s house for two weeks and we loved it! The house is warm (huiselijk) and cosy. It is a home away from home. Spacious, clean, comfortable. You will find everything you need. Alessandro is very kind and responsive. We could tell he takes great care of the house and its surroundings. Grazie Alessandro! It is 15 minutes from the city walls by car. 10 minutes to the supermarkets. My husband and son did lot’s of cycling, the house is a great start for different rides 👌🏻 We would recommend it to everyone who wants to stay close to Lucca, but likes quiet and nature.
