The villa of about 200sqm on two levels is surrounded by a large park overlooking Rome. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a full optional kitchen with a furnished terrace, a double bedroom with a bathroom. On the 1st floor four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villa is well connected to the historic center of Rome. By car, it is easy to reach the nearby "Montebello" train station where trains leave for Rome every 30 minutes.
“We had an amazing stay at Claudia ‘s villa! If you are travelling with children and want to visit Rome, this is the place to stay. The pool is fantastic and maintained so well. Perfect to cool off after a hot day in Rome. The house is comfortable and well appointed and there is plenty of room on the grounds to play games and let the kids run around. The plum tree on the property was a huge hit! My boys loved picking their own snacks! I was worried about the train into Rome being difficult but it was no problem! Claudia gave us some parking tips and the trains run so often we just showed up “abandoned “ the car like a local, bought tickets from the cafeteria and then caught a train that was never more than a few minutes away. When the train we were waiting for changed track at the last minute the people waiting for the train made sure we moved to the new platform with them. Claudia arranged cooking lessons for my boys while we were there and her lovely friend cooked lasagna, chicken parmigiana and chocolate cake with my boys, it felt like a scene from a movie it was so lovely! The restaurants in Sacrofano are excellent and it was nice to eat a leisurely dinner outside of the craziness of Rome! We are at Claudia’s recommended restaurants and we were not disappointed!! The grocery store is also minutes away and well stocked with ample parking. I can’t recommend this properly more highly! We loved our stay! Everything was easy, and Claudia is an excellent host.”
Villa Collebelvedere is nestled in the green scenery of olive groves on the crest of a hill with breathtaking views in all directions from Rome to the Sabina hills. This romantic maisonnette is 60 sqm, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a private terrace and full of country-side charm.
“We had one of our best experiences in Italy, Jette and Antonio were great hosts and made our stay very memorable. They helped us with booking a table to a great restaurant and gave us many good tips of places to visit in the region and were helpful in all ways possible. The house was great, in a private location and with beautiful views from the pool. We had all the things that we needed for a great vacation.”
Quite house with garden 30 min. from Rome
“Great apartment and great landlord! First to highlight are Rosa and Pino, who made the stay really dreamlike! After a short time we had a family relationship and felt more than welcome! They were always there to help with any questions, went to our hand when needed and give us nice hours in the evening with a glass of wine and great stories. Our children were always welcome too, so they find it particularly hard to leave. We will miss them very much... We had a longer stay in this beautiful apartment. It is sparkling clean, modern and very well equipped. From washing machine to ironing board, bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils everything is available. Especially the garden is an oasis! Quiet and not visible you can sit on the terrace or relax in the deck chair. The location is also great, as the apartment is quiet, but very central. Two houses further there is a supermarket, which is open until 11pm. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the piazza and Rome is easily accessible by car. We can highly recommend this apartment, not only for the quality, but also for the great memories we have of this stay.”
