A place to relax in great natural surroundings. Here there is electricity, running water, shower, TV and internet. The cabin is completely for itself with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature smooth throughout the day and the wood-burning stove can be lit for cosiness and extra heat. Skiers at Øynaheia are not far away and you can buckle the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with its own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Cozy little annex

The Annex on Fevik is located in a rural area right by Arendal and Grimstad equestrian center. There are several great hiking areas and beaches nearby. Fevik is located between Grimstad and Arendal town. The annex consists of 2 rooms. One bathroom and living room and kitchen in one. The living room can be converted into a sleeping area. The sofa can be turned into a sofa bed and there are also two travel beds. The kitchen consists of fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and all the equipment needed to cook. Room for 1 car. No smoking inside or partying.

The apartment building has an elevator and the doors are wheelchair accessible. 6 beds and 3 mattresses available Walking distance to some of the nicest beaches of Storesand, Ranvika and Strand hotel. Walking distance to riding school (AGR) , Menu, restaurants, bakery, hairdresser, skincare salon, etc. Bus stop right next door Grimstad 7 km - 10 min Arendal 15 km- 20 min Sørlandets Hospital 20 min Kristiansand Dyreparken 40 km -30 min

From this residence with a perfect location right next to Grimstad guest harbour, you have easy access to everything. Here you can cross the street and take a morning dip on the city beach, enjoy breakfast at one of the city's many eateries and stroll through Grimstad's pleasant streets. There are several grocery stores within walking distance, and a wide range of cultural activities in the city during the summer. You can also take the trip to the Zoo, which is less than a half-hour drive away.

Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng (150 cm), samt sovesofa med plass til én til (gi beskjed på forhånd om dette er aktuelt). Badet, med dusj, har tilkomst fra soverommet. Liten kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap, vannkoker og mikrobølgeovn (ikke stekeovn/kokeplate). Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 2 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

Downtown apartment in residence

Downtown, cozy and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Nice view of Grimstad and the archipelago. It is walking distance down to Grimstad city center. Grimstad is a nice southern village with cozy streets and several dining areas. There is a short way to lovely beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport axis, with frequent service to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is 30 minutes in car to the zoo in Kristiansand.

Homborsund by the sea, close to Zoo

Small apartment above double garage is rented in idyllic Homborsund Near the sea and about 25 minutes to Dyreparken. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hot plates.) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed. In addition, two sleeping brisks. Plating with barbecue and large outdoor area. Initially takes up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Idyllic boat house/cabin at the shore of the sea.

Perfect spot for a small family or alone by the sea. The boathouse is from the 70s and is traditionally built. Here you can enjoy the sea view, take a bath or lie in the sun. The boat house is simply furnished with all you need of kitchenware, dishes towels and dusting cloths. In addition, there is toilet paper. The boathouse is isolated.
