The annex at Fevik is located in a rural area right next to Arendal and Grimstad riding center. There are several great hiking areas and beaches nearby. Fevik is located between Grimstad and Arendal city. The Annex consists of 2 rooms. One bathroom and living room and kitchen in one. The living room can be turned into a sleeping area. The sofa can be turned into a sofa bed and there are also two travel beds. The kitchen consists of a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and all the equipment needed for cooking. Space for 1 car. No smoking inside or partying.

Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

Short distance to the public transport, with frequent departures to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is a 30-minute drive to the zoo in Kristiansand.

Ny båt Pioner 14 med 9.9 Yamaha med el. start og kartplotter tilgjengelig fra 20.06. Før 20.06 er det GH14 med 9.9 suzuki. Langgrunn strand som passer fint for de små. Stor gressplen med trampoline ved stranden. Sup-brett og kajakker kan man låne. Med båt er man i Norges fineste skjærgård med mange små holmer og øyer. Badstue tilgjengelig for leietakere.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
