All kinds of transportation vehicles (minibuses, taxis, etc.) pass in front of our villa. It is a location where you can spend time with your family and have fun. Our villa is built in 2024 and complies with all zoning and EARTHQUAKE REGULATIONS.

Our villa is located in the most elite district of Fethiye and is very close to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas, and is very close to pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suite rooms, has a Turkish bath, sauna and a double Jacuzzi in both rooms. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. The deposit fee is $700 The pools are closed due to weather conditions between November 1 and April 30
